Als je aan het begin van de toer bent, ben je a.h.w. op de basis van de toer en moet je lossen maken om in de hoogte te komen.

Each round finishes with 1 slip stitch in the 2nd chain stitch at the beginning of the round. 2 HALF-DOUBLE CROCHETS TOGETHER: * Make 1 yarn over, insert the hook in the next stitch, pick up the strand *, work from *-* 1 more time (= 5 loops on the hook), make 1 yarn over and pull it through all the loops on the hook. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- HAT – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The hat is worked in the round, top down. The ears are worked back and forth and sewn onto the hat to finish. HAT: Using hook size 6 mm = US J/10 and Snow, work 5 chain stitches and form them into a ring with 1 slip stitch in the first chain stitch. Read CROCHET INFORMATION! Continue in the different sizes as follows: SIZES 1/2 - 3/4 years: ROUND 7: Work 1 half-double crochet in each half-double crochet, AT THE SAME TIME as you increase 4-8 half-double crochets evenly spaced on the round = 52-56 half-double crochets. ROUND 8: Work 1 half-double crochet in each half-double crochet = 52-56 half-double crochets. SIZES 5/6 – 7/8 years: ROUND 7: Work 1 half-double crochet in each of the first 5 half-double crochets, * 2 half-double crochets in the next half-double crochet, 1 half-double crochet in each of the next 5 half-double crochets *, work from *-* to end of round and finish with 2 half-double crochets in the last half-double crochet = 56 half-double crochets. ROUND 8: Work 1 half-double crochet in each half-double crochet, AT THE SAME TIME as you increase 2-4 half-double crochets evenly spaced on the round = 58-60 half-double crochets. ALL SIZES: The increases are now finished in all sizes and there are 52-56-58-60 half-double crochets on the round. Work half-double crochets in the round until the piece measures 16-17-18-18 cm = 6¼"-6¾"-7"-7" from the top. EDGE: ROUND 1: Work 2 chain stitches (replaces the first half-double crochet as before), * 1 half-double crochet around the next half-double crochet from the back of the piece, work 1 half-double crochet around the next half-double crochet from the front of the piece *, work from *-* until there is 1 half-double crochet left on the round. Work 1 half-double crochet around the last half-double crochet from the back of the piece and finish with 1 slip stitch in the 2nd chain stitch. ROUND 2: Work as round 1. Cut and fasten the strand. EARS: Using hook size 6 mm = US J/10 and Snow, work 19 chain stitches. Turn. ROW 1: Work 1 half-double crochet in the 3rd chain stitch from the hook and work 1 half-double crochet in each chain stitch to end of row = 18 half-double crochets. ROWS 2-4: Work 1 half-double crochet in each half-double crochet. ROW 5: Work 1 half-double crochet in each of the first 7 half-double crochets, work 2 HALF-DOUBLE CROCHETS TOGETHER (read description above) 2 times (= 2 stitches decreased) and work 1 half-double crochet in each of the last 7 half-double crochets = 16 half-double crochets. ROW 6: Work 1 half-double crochet in each half-double crochet. ROW 7: Work 1 half-double crochet in each of the first 6 half-double crochets, work 2 half-double crochets together 2 times (= 2 stitches decreased) and work 1 half-double crochet in each of the last 6 half-double crochets = 14 half-double crochets. ROW 8: Work 1 half-double crochet in each of the first 5 half-double crochets, work 2 half-double crochets together 2 times (= 2 stitches decreased) and work 1 half-double crochet in each of the last 5 half-double crochets = 12 half-double crochets. ROW 9: Work 1 half-double crochet in each of the first 4 half-double crochets, work 2 half-double crochets together 2 times (= 2 stitches decreased) and work 1 half-double crochet in each of the last 4 half-double crochets = 10 half-double crochets. ROW 10: Work 1 half-double crochet in each of the first 3 half-double crochets, work 2 half-double crochets together 2 times (= 2 stitches decreased) and work 1 half-double crochet in each of the last 3 half-double crochets = 8 half-double crochets. ROW 11: Work 1 half-double crochet in each of the first 2 half-double crochets, work 2 half-double crochets together 2 times (= 2 stitches decreased) and work 1 half-double crochet in each of the last 2 half-double crochets = 6 half-double crochets. ROW 12: Work 1 half-double crochet in the first half-double crochet, work 2 half-double crochets together 2 times (= 2 stitches decreased) and work 1 half-double crochet in the last half-double crochet = 4 half-double crochets. ROW 13: Work 1 half-double crochet, work 2 half-double crochets together, work 1 half-double crochet in the last half-double crochet = 3 half-double crochets. Cut the strand and pull it through the last loop. Work 1 more ear in the same way. ASSEMBLY: The ears are sewn over the edge onto each side of the hat. Fold the sides of the ears towards the middle, lay the hat flat, with the beginning of the round mid-back and sew the ears so that the folds are towards the front of the hat. |
