We show how to crochet an elastic rib pattern.
Ch a number of sts for desired width, should be a multiple of 2.

Row 1: Work a dc in 3rd ch from hook, then work 1 dc in every ch across.
Row 2: ch 2, *dc in front post (dcfp), dc in back post (dcbp), repeat from * across, hdc in last st.
Row 3: ch 2, *dc in back post, dc in front post, repeat from * across, hdc in last st.

Repeat row 2 and 3 for rib pattern.
