My question this time is not about the 8 rows you mentioned. I got that . My question is about a single row when the stitches has increased and I need to complete the row. Where do I begin? For eks the row before the last purl row, do I knit yo slip1 psso then k2tog etc until the edge sts. Then work those.
12.06.2025 - 11:19DROPS Design answered:
Dear Sharon, until you finish the chart, all increased stitches have been adapted into the chart. After the chart you need to continue the pattern upwards. You can see, for example, in row 26, how the diamond shape is started from the tip (shown in the last row of the chart). You also follow the increases on the sides as shown in the pattern: you work 1 yarn over next to the edge stitches in 3 pattern rows, then work 1 row with 2 yarn overs next to the edge stitches, with 1 stitch in between the yarn overs. Happy knitting!

Hello drops! Having a small problem and hope you can help. As the shawl gets longer and the sts increases am having a problem knowing where to continue. Do I go back to the beginning excluding the edge stitches and start from there? Thanks for your response.
11.06.2025 - 06:29DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Hunt, have you seen previous answer? When diagram is done, start again the lace pattern working the last 8 rows, there just will be more stitches for the repeat but you will start and end the same way as before. Happy knitting!

Am not sure I understand where the instructions says to continue in chart as established. Can you explain, want to make sure am understanding correctly. Thanks
28.05.2025 - 06:50DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Hunt, you will now repeat the last 8 rows, after last row is worked from RS work diagram from 33rd row (purling all sts from WS) then continue increasing as before from 34th row at the beg and at the end of the row and work the middle stitches into the diamonds as before (there are now 4 half diamonds in width) and continue the same way until finished length. Happy knitting!

Bon tricot!

Buongiorno, io non riesco a capire questo passaggio "cioè con 1 gettato all’interno delle 2 maglie di vivagno 3 volte, poi 2 gettati 1 volta, il 1° all’interno delle 2 maglie e il 2° all’interno di 3." quando lo devo fare???
02.07.2021 - 11:44DROPS Design answered:
Buon lavoro!
