Finish with 1 sl st in 1st sc from beg of round = 8 ch-spaces. ROUND 4: With 2 strands Lin, work in every ch-space from 3rd round as follows: 1 sc, 3 dc, 1 sc. Finish with 1 sl st in 1st sc from beg of round = 8 leaves. NOTE: Cut 1 strand Lin and fasten it. Turn piece, work next round on the back of the flower. ROUND 5: With 1 strand Fabel and 1 strand Lin ch 1, work 1 sc at the bottom of the 2nd dc on the 1st leaf from 4th round (i.e. in the middle of leaf's underside), ch 4. * Work 1 sc at the bottom of 2nd dc on next leaf from 4th round, ch 4 *, repeat from *-* a total of 7 times. Finish with 1 sl st in 1st sc from beg of round = 8 ch-spaces. Turn piece, work next round on the front of the flower. ROUND 6: With 1 strand Lin and 1 strand Fabel, work in every ch-space from 5th round as follows: 1 sc, 2 dc, 1 tr, 2 dc, 1 sc. Finish with 1 sl st in 1st sc from beg of round = 8 leaves. Fasten off. Sew the flower on to the hat. |
