How to crochet a flounce after chart

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet a flounce after chart, used in the bag in DROPS 238-6. In the video we start in round 3 from the top and crochet 1 round with chain stitch loops before we crochet 1 flounce after chart. We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video.
