Buon lavoro!

The pattern is beautiful but the instructions are wrong. Round 8 is wrong. I tried the correction but that is wrong too. I'm following the English US version. Very sad.

Dear Melissa, on round 8 work as follows from *-*: * 3 ch, 1 dc in last dc on the same leaf, 3 ch, 1 sc in third dc on next leaf, 3 ch, 1 sc in 6th dc on the same leaf, 3 ch, 1 dc in first dc on the next leaf, 3 ch, 1 tr-group in fourth dc on the same leaf, 5 ch, 1 tr-group in fifth dc on the same leaf* - pattern will be edited asap. Thank you, happy crocheting!

Thank you for sharing this pattern... I made one for my baby daughter some 45 years ago... It was similar to this pattern... Now intend making one or two for great grand babies to come.

I think the pattern in round 8 may be corrected as follows: In the repeated section, after 3 ch, "1 dc in the last dc on the same leaf, 3 ch" should be added. At the end of the round, "1 dc in first dc on the next leaf – also crochet this round the 3 ch from beg of round, 3 ch, 1 sl st at the top of the first tr-group" may be omitted and replaced by "finish with 1 sl st in third ch from beg of round".

I think the pattern may be corrected in Row 8 as follows: starting with 6 ch (instead of 3 ch), omitting " 1 sc in fourth dc on the first leaf, 3 ch", then adding "in fourth dc on the same leaf" after "1 tr...".

Buonasera Carmen.
