How to crochet relief stitches in SQUARE 5 in DROPS 203-1

Keywords: blanket, relief stitches, square, texture,

In this DROPS video we show how we work after chart A.5 to square 5 in the Celtic Comfort blanket in DROPS 203-1. We have already worked 33 chain stitches and 1 row with double crochet and start the video with the 1st row after chart A.5. This blanket is crocheted in DROPS Air, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. You must read the pattern and look at the chart to be able to follow this video properly. You’ll find the pattern by clicking on the picture below.

DROPS Design answered:

Dear Marie, the diamonds are RELIEF-QUADRUPLE-TREBLE CROCHET; they are worked normally but they are represented in diagonal, so they look like diamonds. Happy crocheting!

In der fünften Reliefstäbchen-Reihe sollten laut der Symbole nur Dreifach-Stäbchen gearbeitet werden- es werden aber vierfach-Stäbchen im Video gezeigt!!
