Hej igen.

Hej Asta, Jo men du tager ud ifølge diagram A.1 som du finder nederst i opskriften. Sæt gerne et mærke imellem hver diagramovergang, så bliver det tydeligere for dig hvornår du starter forfra i diagrammet igen og da får du alle udtagninger med. God fornøjelse!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- PATTERN: See diagram A.1 (choose diagram for your size). The diagram shows all rows in the pattern seen from the right side. STRIPES: STRIPE 1: 13-13-14-14-15-15 cm (+ 3 cm of rib) with 1 strand grey + 1 strand rust (= 2 strands). STRIPE 2: 13-13-14-14-15-15 cm with 1 strand ash grey + 1 strand rust (= 2 strands). STRIPE 3: 13-13-14-14-15-15 cm with 1 strand ash grey + 1 strand mauve (= 2 strands). STRIPE 4: Then work with 1 strand grey + 1 strand dark purple (= 2 strands) to finished length. INCREASE TIP-1 (evenly spaced): To work out how to increase evenly, count the total number of stitches on the needle (e.g. 76 stitches) and divide by the number of increases to be made (e.g. 2) = 38. In this example, increase by making 1 yarn over after each 38th stitch. On the next round knit the yarn overs twisted to avoid holes. INCREASE TIP-2 (for sides of body): Work until there are 2 stitches left before the marker thread, 1 yarn over, knit 4 (marker thread sits in the middle of these 4 stitches), 1 yarn over. Repeat at the other marker thread (4 stitches increased on the round). On the next round knit the yarn overs twisted to avoid holes. Then work the new stitches in stocking stitch. DECREASE TIP-1 (for sleeves): Decrease 1 stitch on each side of the marker thread as follows: Work until there are 3 stitches left before the marker thread, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker thread sits between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. DECREASE TIP-2 (evenly spaced): To work out how to decrease evenly, count the total number of stitches on needle (e.g. 51 stitches) and divide by the number of decreases to be made (e.g. 11) = 4.6. In this example decrease by knitting alternatively each 3rd and 4th and each 4th and 5th stitch together. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- JUMPER – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round with circular needle, top down. The sleeves are worked in the round with short circular needle/double pointed needles. NECK: Cast on 76-84-88-92-96-100 stitches with circular needle size 4 mm and 1 strand grey + 1 strand rust (= 2 strands). Knit 1 round then work rib (knit 2 / purl 2) for 3 cm. Knit 1 round where you increase 2-0-2-4-6-8 stitches evenly spaced – read INCREASE TIP-1 = 78-84-90-96-102-108 stitches. Knit 1 round. Insert a marker thread in this round. THE PIECE IS NOW MEASURED FROM HERE. YOKE: Change to circular needle size 5 mm and work STRIPES – read description above, and work pattern A.1 a total of 13-14-15-16-17-18 times on the round. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When A.1 has been completed in height there are 247-266-285-304-323-342 stitches on the round. Continue with stocking stitch and stripes. When the piece measures 20-22-24-26-28-30 cm, increase 7-10-9-14-15-24 stitches evenly spaced = 254-276-294-318-338-366 stitches. Continue working until the piece measures 21-23-25-27-29-31 cm from the marker thread down. The next round is worked as follows: Work the first 36-39-42-46-50-55 stitches (= half back piece), place the next 55-59-63-67-68-72 stitches on a thread for sleeve, cast on 6-6-8-8-10-10 new stitches on the needle (= in side under sleeve), work the next 72-79-84-92-101-111 stitches (= front piece), place the next 55-59-63-67-68-72 stitches on a thread for sleeve, cast on 6-6-8-8-10-10 new stitches on the needle (= in side under sleeve) and work the remaining 36-40-42-46-51-56 stitches (= half back piece). Body and sleeves are finished separately. THE PIECE IS NOW MEASURED FROM HERE. BODY: There are 156-170-184-200-222-242 stitches on the body. Insert a marker thread in each side in the middle of the stitches cast on under each sleeve (= 3-3-4-4-5-5 new stitches on each side of the marker threads). Continue in the round with stocking stitch and stripes. When the piece measures 4 cm, increase 1 stitch on each side of both marker threads – read INCREASE TIP-2. Repeat this increase when the piece measures 14 cm = 164-178-192-208-230-250 stitches. When the piece measures 26 cm, increase 36-38-44-44-46-50 stitches evenly spaced = 200-216-236-252-276-300 stitches. Change to circular needle size 4 mm and work rib (= knit 2 / purl 2) for 4 cm. Cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. The jumper measures approx. 54-56-58-60-62-64 cm from the shoulder down. SLEEVE: The sleeve is worked in stocking stitch and you continue the STRIPES; i.e. each of the stripes is 13-13-14-14-15-15 cm and the last stripe is continued to finished length. Place the 55-59-63-67-68-72 stitches from the thread on the one side of the piece on short circular needle/double pointed needles size 5 mm and knit up 1 stitch in each of the 6-6-8-8-10-10 stitches cast on under the sleeve = 61-65-71-75-78-82 stitches. Insert a marker thread in the middle of the new stitches (= 3-3-4-4-5-5 new stitches on each side of the marker thread). When the piece measures 4 cm, decrease 1 stitch on each side of the marker thread – read DECREASE TIP-1. Decrease like this every 3-2-2-1½-1½-1 cm a total of 6-7-9-10-11-12 times = 49-51-53-55-56-58 stitches. Continue working until the sleeve measures 39-38-36-35-33-32 cm. Knit 1 round where you decrease 9-11-9-11-8-10 stitches evenly spaced – read DECREASE TIP-2 = 40-40-44-44-48-48 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 4 mm and work rib (knit 2 / purl 2) for 4 cm. Cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. The sleeve measures approx. 43-42-40-39-37-36 cm. Work the other sleeve in the same way. |
