Hello. I’m trying to knit this in the round … thanks for the video link. I cast on 80 stitches and started with row 1 as in video but the beanie is turning out to be enormous. Should I be starting with row 2 of pattern for knitting in the round? Is the number of cast on stitches correct? Thanks
15.01.2024 - 08:30DROPS Design answered:
Dear Gigi, have you the right tension? you should have 14 sts with herringbone stitch = 10 cm in width so that 80 sts = ca 57 cm. Happy knitting!

22.10.2022 - 15:52DROPS Design answered:

Thank you for providing videos with the patterns. I had been looking at your patterns for a couple of years and only recently realized you also provide videos. I also did not know that there were videos included with the patterns. I was looking at a herringbone pattern and couldn't understand the instructions. I discovered the video for the stitch and now I understand the instructions in the pattern. Thank you very much.
