Tension: 18 sts x 24 rows = 10 x 10 cm with needle size 5.5 mm and stocking st. Remember needle size is only a guide! Rib: * K 1, P 1 *, repeat from *-*. Ridge (back and forth on needle): 1 ridge = 2 rows. 1st row: K, 2nd row: K. Decrease tip (for the neckline): Dec on the inside of 3 sts worked in ridges. All decreases are done on RS! Dec as follows after the 3 ridge sts: Slip 1 st as if to K, K 1, lift the slip st over. Dec as follows before the 3 ridge sts: K 2 tog. Front piece: Cast on 68-74-82-90-100 sts (incl 1 edge st in each side) with needle size 4.5 mm and Angora-Tweed and work 3 rows rib with 1 edge st in each side. Change to needle size 5.5 mm and continue with stocking st. Remember knitting tension! When the piece measures 10 cm inc 1 st in each side every 4-4-5-5-5 cm in total 5 times = 78-84-92-100-110 sts. When the piece measures 32-33-34-35-36 cm cast off for armholes in each side every 2nd row: 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 0-1-2-4-6 times and 1 st 4-4-5-4-4 times. At the same time when the piece measures 38-39-40-41-43 cm work 1 ridge over the middle 18-18-18-20-20 sts. On the next row cast off the middle 12-12-12-14-14 sts for neck. Continue to decrease towards neck - see Decrease tip: 1 st 6 times every 2nd row and 1 st 2-3-3-3-3 times every 4th row = 18-18-19-19-20 sts remain on each shoulder. NOTE: The 3 outermost sts towards neck are continued in ridges until finished length. Cast off when the piece measures 50-52-54-56-58 cm. Back piece: Cast on and work as for the front piece. Cast off for armholes as for the front piece and continue working until the piece measures 47-49-51-53-55 cm. Now work 1 ridge across the middle 32-34-34-36-36 sts. On the next row cast off the middle 26-28-28-30-30 sts for neck. Continue to dec 1 st towards neck on the next row - see Decrease tip = 18-18-19-19-20 sts remain on each shoulder. NOTE: The outermost 3 sts towards neck continues in ridges until finished length. Cast off when the piece measures 50-52-54-56-58 cm. Sleeves: Cast on 48-48-52-52-56 sts (incl 1 edge st in each side) with needle size 4.5 mm and Angora-Tweed and work 3 rows rib with 1 edge st in each side. Change to needle size 5.5 mm and continue with stocking st. When the piece measures 5 cm, dec 5 sts evenly on row. Repeat this dec when the piece measures 10 cm = 38-38-42-42-46 sts. At the same time when the piece measures 11-11-11-14-12 cm, inc 1 st in each side every 3.5-3-3-2-2 cm in total 11-12-12-14-14 times = 60-62-66-70-74 sts. When the sleeve measures 49-47-46-44-42 cm cast off for the sleeve cap in each side every 2nd row: 4 sts 1 time, 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 2-1-1-1-1 times and 1 st 1-5-6-9-11 times, continue to cast off 2 sts in each side until the piece measures 55 cm then cast off 3 sts 1 time in each side. The piece measures approx. 56 cm, cast off the remaining sts. Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Neck: Crochet along the neckline in 3rd ridge st from the edge with hook size 4 mm and Angora-Tweed as follows: * 1 dc, 3 ch *, repeat from *-* around the whole neck. Mid front and mid back skip 1 st for each dc, but on the sides work in each ridge (= every 2nd row). Sew in sleeves. Sew the sleeve and side seams in one inside the 1 edge st. Crochet 1 star as described below and fasten to the middle of the front piece, the centre of the star should be approx. 12 cm below the neckline. Crochet star: Work loosely with hook size 4 mm and Angora-Tweed. Work 8 ch and form them in a ring with 1 sl st. 1st round: 12 dc around the ring, finish with 1 sl st in the first dc at beg of round. 2nd round: * 1 dc in the next st, 2 ch, skip 1 dc *, repeat from *-* in total 6 times and finish with 1 sl st in the first dc at beg of round. 3rd round: Work 1 sl st round the ch-space, * 4 dtr worked tog round ch-space (First dtr of the round replaced by 4 ch), i.e. wait with the last YO and pull through every single dtr until all the dtr are worked, 1 YO, pull the strand through all the loops on the hook, 8 ch *, repeat from *-* in total 6 times and finish with 1 sl st in the first dtr-group at the beg of round. 4th round: 1 ch, * 11 dc round ch-space, 1 dc in dtr-group, *, repeat from *-* in total 6 times. 5th round: * 1 tr in the first dc (1st tr of the round is replaced by 3 ch), 2 ch, skip 2 dc, 1 tr, 2 ch, skip 2 dc, 1 tr + 3 ch + 1 tr in the next dc, 2 ch, skip 2 dc, 1 tr in the next dc, 2 ch, skip 2 dc *, repeat from *-* in total 6 times and finish with 1 sl st in the 3rd ch at the beg of round. 6th round: 1 ch, * 1 dc round the ch-space, 2 ch, 1 dc round the next ch-space, 2 ch, in the next ch-space: 4 tr with 1 picot between each tr (1 picot = 3 ch and 1 dc in the first of the 3 ch), 2 ch and 1 dc round the next ch-space, 2 ch, 1 dc round the next ch-space, 2 ch *, repeat from *-* in total 6 times and finish with 1 sl st in the first dc at the beg of round. Cut the yarn. |
