Hej Isabell, ærmerne strikkes oppefra ved ærmekuplen, der tages ud i hver side til maskerne når rundt om ærmegabet, nu skal der tages ind og til sidst strikkes ribkanten :)

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. 1 ridge in height = knit 2 rows. DECREASE TIP-1 (for armholes and neck): All decreases are worked from the right side! Decrease 2 stitches as follows: At beginning of row: Work 1 edge stitch in garter stitch, knit 2, slip 1 stitch knit-wise, knit 2 together, pass the slipped stitch over the knitted-together stitches. At end of row: Work until there are 6 stitches left on the row, knit 3 together, knit 2 and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch. Decrease 1 stitch as follows: At beginning of row: Work 1 edge stitch in garter stitch, knit 2, slip 1 stitch knit-wise, knit 1, pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. At end of row: Work until there are 5 stitches left on the row, knit 2 together, knit 2 and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch. DECREASE TIP (for sleeves): Work until there are 3 stitches left before the marker-thread, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker-thread sits between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch knit-wise, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch (2 stitches decreased). ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- JUMPER – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The pattern uses both long and short circular needles; start with the length which fits the number of stitches and change when necessary. The front and back pieces are worked separately, back and forth and bottom up, then sewn together. The sleeves are worked top down, first back and forth, then finished in the round. They are sewn into the armholes. The double neck is worked to finish. FRONT PIECE: Cast on 93-99-107-117-129-141 stitches with circular needle size 4 mm and DROPS Air. Work rib from the right side as follows: 1 edge stitch in GARTER STITCH – read description above, * knit 1, purl 1 *, work from *-* until there are 2 stitches left on the row, knit 1 and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch. Continue this rib back and forth for 6-6-6-7-7-7 cm. Knit 1 row from the right side and decrease 14-14-16-17-19-21 stitches evenly spaced = 79-85-91-100-110-120 stitches. Change to circular needle size 5.5 mm. Work stocking stitch with 1 edge stitch in garter stitch on each side. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When the piece measures 29-30-31-32-33-34 cm, cast off 4-4-5-5-6-6 stitches at the beginning of the next 2 rows for the armholes = 71-77-81-90-98-108 stitches. Continue decreasing for the armholes on each row from the right side - read DECREASE TIP-1. Decrease 2 stitches 0-0-0-2-4-6 times and 1 stitch 7-9-10-10-8-8 times on each side = 57-59-61-62-66-68 stitches. Continue with stocking stitch and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch on each side. When the piece measures 42-44-45-47-48-50 cm, place the middle 13-13-13-14-16-16 stitches on 1 thread for the neck and finish each shoulder separately. On the next row from the right side decrease for the neck - remember DECREASE TIP-1 (on the right shoulder decrease at the beginning of the row, on the left shoulder at the end of the row). Decrease 1 stitch on each row from the right side a total of 8 times in all sizes = 14-15-16-16-17-18 shoulder-stitches. Continue working until the piece measures 52-54-56-58-60-62 cm. Cast off. Work the other shoulder in the same way. BACK PIECE: Cast on 93-99-107-117-129-141 stitches with circular needle size 4 mm and DROPS Air. Work rib from the right side as follows: 1 edge stitch in garter stitch, * purl 1, knit 1 *, work from *-* until there are 2 stitches left on the row, purl 1 and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch. When the piece measures 29-30-31-32-33-34 cm cast off 4-4-5-5-6-6 stitches at the beginning of the next 2 rows for the armholes = 71-77-81-90-98-108 stitches. Continue decreasing for the armholes on each row from the right side in the same way as on the front piece = 57-59-61-62-66-68 stitches. When the piece measures 50-52-54-56-58-60 cm, place the middle 27-27-27-28-30-30 stitches on 1 thread for the neck and finish each shoulder separately. On the next row from the neck cast off 1 stitch = 14-15-16-16-17-18 shoulder-stitches. Continue working until the piece measures 52-54-56-58-60-62 cm. Cast off. Work the other shoulder in the same way. SLEEVES: Cast on 16-16-18-18-20-20 stitches with circular needle size 4 mm and DROPS Air. Change to circular needle size 5.5 mm. Work 2 rows of stocking stitch. Then work as follows from the right side: 1 edge stitch in garter stitch, * 1 yarn over, knit 1 *, work from *-* until there is 1 stitch left, 1 yarn over and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch = 31-31-35-35-39-39 stitches. Purl back from the wrong side (yarn overs purled to leave holes and edge stitches knitted). Work as follows from the right side: 1 edge stitch in garter stitch, * knit 2, 1 yarn over *, work from *-* until there are 2 stitches left, knit 1, 1 edge stitch in garter stitch = 45-45-51-51-57-57 stitches. Purl back with 1 edge stitch in garter stitch on each side (yarn overs purled to leave holes). Continue with stocking stitch back and forth and AT THE SAME TIME cast on at the end of each row for the sleeve cap as follows: 3-3-3-3-2-2 stitches 3-5-4-2-3-3 times, 1 stitch 2-2-4-3-6-9 times, 3-2-2-2-2-2 stitches 2-1-1-5-3-2 times and 4-4-5-5-6-6 stitches 1 time on each side = 87-91-97-99-105-107 stitches. The sleeve is measured from here! Continue in the round with stocking stitch over all stitches. Insert 1 marker-thread at the beginning of the round (= in the middle of the 4-4-5-5-6-6 cast-on stitches on each side mid-under sleeve). When the sleeve measures 4 cm from the join, decrease 1 stitch on each side of the marker-thread – read DECREASE TIP-2. Decrease like this every 2½-2-2-1½-1½-1 cm a total of 13-14-16-16-18-18 times = 61-63-65-67-69-71 stitches. Work until the sleeve measures 37-36-36-35-33-31 cm. Work the next round as follows: Knit 8-9-9-10-10-11, knit the next 45-45-47-47-49-49 stitches and decrease 15 stitches evenly over these stitches, knit the last 8-9-9-10-10-11 stitches = 46-48-50-52-54-56 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 4 mm. Work rib (knit 1, purl 1) for 6-6-6-7-7-7 cm. Cast off a little loosely. The sleeve measures a total of 55-55-56-56-56-56 cm. ASSEMBLY: Sew together the shoulder seams, inside the cast-off edge. Sew the sleeves into the armholes, inside the cast-on edge on the sleeve and the 1 edge stitch on the body - see sketch. Sew together the side seams, inside the 1 edge stitch. NECK: Knit up from the right side, inside the 1 edge stitch, 88-100 stitches around the neckline (including the stitches from the threads), with short circular needle size 4 mm. Stitch count must be divisible by 4. Work rib in the round (knit 1, purl 1) for 11 cm. Cast off with rib. Fold the neck double to the inside and sew down. To avoid the neck being tight and rolling outwards, it is important that the seam is elastic. |
