Bonjour Scarlette, le diagramme ne sera plus aligné après les augmentations, il sera comme sur la photo, le nombre de mailles est lui toujours multiple de 8 pour pouvoir répéter le motif tout le tour. Bon tricot!

---------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATION FOR THE PATTERN: ---------------------------------------------------------- PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 to A.4. Work the entire pattern in stocking stitch. KNITTING TIP: To avoid the knitting tension to tighten when working pattern, it is important not to tighten the strands on back side of piece. Use a larger needle size when working pattern try needed. INCREASE TIP (evenly): To calculate how to increase evenly, use the total number of stitches on row (e.g. 266 stitches) and divide number of stitches by number of increases to be done (e.g. 22) = 12.09. In this example increase by making 1 yarn over after approx. every 12th stitch. On next round knit yarns over twisted to avoid holes. SLEEVE TIP: When picking up stitches mid under sleeve, there will be a small hole in the transition between stitches on body and sleeves. The holes can be closed by picking up the strand between two stitches - work this strand twisted together with the first stitch between body and sleeve to close the hole. DECREASE TIP: Decrease 1 stitch on each side of marker thread as follows: Work until 3 stitches remain before marker thread, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker thread is between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch worked (= 2 stitches decreased). ---------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ---------------------------------------------------------- JUMPER - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: In this pattern needles of different length have been used, begin with fitting length for number of stitches and switch as needed. Work neck edge and yoke in the round on circular needle from right shoulder at the back, work top down with increases for round yoke. When yoke is done, divide piece for body and sleeves. Work body downwards in the round on circular needle while putting the sleeves aside. Then work sleeves downwards in the round on needle. NECK EDGE: Cast on 116-120-128-132-140-144-152 stitches on circular needle size 2.5 mm with colour Medium Grey in DROPS Flora. Work rib in the round (= knit 2 and purl 2) for 3½-3½-4-4-4½-4½-5 cm. Beginning of round is at right shoulder at the back. Insert 1 marker after the first 38-40-42-44-46-48-50 stitches on round (= approx. mid front), measure piece from this marker. YOKE: Switch to circular needle size 3.5 mm and colour Light Grey. Work in stocking stitch until yoke measures 1-2-2-2-1-2-2 cm from marker while AT THE SAME TIME decreasing 2-0-2-0-2-0-2 stitches evenly 1st round = 114-120-126-132-138-144-150 stitches. Remember to follow the knitting tension! Now work PATTERN – see explanation above, work first round as follows: Work A.1 19-20-21-22-23-24-25 times in total in the round on yoke- read KNITTING TIP. When A.1 has been worked there are 266-280-294-308-322-336-350 stitches on needle. Then work A.2 - AT THE SAME TIME on every round marked with arrow in A.2 increase stitches evenly as explained below - read INCREASE TIP: Arrow-1: Increase 22-24-26-28-30-24-26 stitches evenly = 288-304-320-336-352-360-376 stitches. Continue A.2. Arrow-2: Increase 24-24-32-32-32-32-40 stitches evenly = 312-328-352-368-384-392-416 stitches. Continue A.2. Arrow-3: Increase 24-24-32-32-32-40-40 stitches evenly = 336-352-384-400-416-432-456 stitches. Continue A.2. Then work A.3 - AT THE SAME TIME on every row marked with arrow in A.3 increase stitches evenly as explained below - remember INCREASE TIP: Arrow-1: Increase 24-28-36-40-34-48-44 stitches evenly = 360-380-420-440-450-480-500 stitches. Continue A.3. Note: When piece measures 21-22-23-24-28-29-30 cm from the marker on mid front, piece should be divided even if A.3 is not finished. Arrow-2 (only applies to XL, XXL and XXXL): Increase 0-0-0-0-30-30-40 stitches evenly = 360-380-420-440-480-510-540 stitches. AT THE SAME TIME when piece measures 21-22-23-24-28-29-30 cm from marker mid front, divide piece for body and sleeves. If A.3 is not finished vertically before piece measures 21-22-23-24-28-29-30 cm, divide the piece in pattern and continue pattern on body and sleeves after division. If A.3 is finished vertically, continue piece in colour Medium Grey. All increases must be done before piece is divided into body and sleeves. DIVIDING FOR BODY AND SLEEVES: AT THE SAME TIME as next row is worked divide yoke for body and sleeves as follows: Slip the first 70-72-82-84-96-98-100 stitches on a thread for sleeve, cast on 10-12-12-14-16-18-20 new stitches on needle (= in the side mid under sleeve), work 110-118-128-136-144-157-170 stitches as before (= front piece), slip the next 70-72-82-84-96-98-100 stitches on a thread for sleeve, cast on 10-12-12-14-16-18-20 new stitches on needle (= in the side mid under sleeve), work 110-118-128-136-144-157-170 stitches as before (= back piece). Finish body and sleeves separately. BODY: = 240-260-280-300-320-350-380 stitches. If the piece was divided in A.3 continue pattern on body as before until it is finished vertically. The pattern fits in the side under sleeve. When the pattern is finished, work in stocking stitches as before with colour Medium Grey until piece measures 41-43-45-45-47-49-51 cm from marker mid front. Work A.4 over all stitches while AT THE SAME TIME increasing 0-0-0-0-0-2-0 stitches evenly on 1st round = 240-260-280-300-320-352-380 stitches. When A.4 has been worked vertically piece measures approx. 46-48-50-50-52-54-56 cm from marker mid front. Switch to circular needles size 2.5 mm and colour Medium Grey, work rib (= knit 2 and purl 2) while AT THE SAME TIME increasing 84-88-96-104-112-116-124 stitches evenly on 1st round = 324-348-376-404-432-468-504 stitches. When rib measures 5-5-5-6-6-6-6 cm, cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. Jumper measures 51-53-55-56-58-60-62 cm from marker mid front and approx. 56-58-60-62-64-66-68 cm from the top of shoulder. SLEEVES: Slip 70-72-82-84-96-98-100 sleeve stitches from one thread on to circular needle size 3.5 mm and pick in addition up 1 stitch in each of the 10-12-12-14-16-18-20 stitches cast on under sleeve with colour Medium Grey - read SLEEVE TIP = 80-84-94-98-112-116-120 stitches. Insert 1 marker in the middle of the 10-12-12-14-16-18-20 new stitches under sleeve - round begins at the marker thread. If the piece was divided in A.3 continue pattern on sleeve as before - The pattern will not fit mid under the sleeve but work pattern so that it continues over pattern from yoke and as far in as possible until mid under sleeve – Once A.3 is finished, continue with colour Medium Grey. AT THE SAME TIME when 1 round has been worked, decrease mid under sleeve – read DECREASE TIP and decrease as follows: Decrease 2 stitches every other round 2-2-3-4-6-6-6 times, then decrease 2 stitches every 4-4-3-3-1½-1½-1½ cm 6-6-8-9-12-12-12 times = 64-68-72-72-76-80-84 stitches on needle. Work until sleeve measures 34-33-33-32-28-28-27 cm from division. Work A.4 in the round. When A.4 has been worked sleeve measures approx. 39-38-38-37-33-33-32 cm from division. Switch to double pointed needles size 2.5 mm, use colour Light Grey and work rib (= knit 2 and purl 2) while AT THE SAME TIME increasing 20-20-24-24-24-24-28 stitches evenly on 1st round = 84-88-96-96-100-104-112 stitches. When rib measures 5-5-5-6-6-6-6 cm, cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. Sleeve measures approx. 44-43-43-43-39-39-38 cm from division. |
