Mvh. Camilla

Ich verstehe nicht wie ich auf die 165 Maschen in der Passe komme. Pro markierte Reihe nehme ich doch nur 7 Maschen zu also 75+6*7=117. Wo kommen die zusätzlichen 48 Maschen her?
11.12.2022 - 21:51DROPS Design answered:
Liebe Frau Frey, So stricken Sie die 75 M in S: 5 Blenden-Maschen, A.2 (= 5 Maschen), dann wiederholen Sie 15 Mal A.3 (= 4 M) und 5 Blenden-Maschen (5+5+(15x4)+5=75 M).

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. 1 ridge = knit 2 rows. BUTTONHOLES: Work buttonholes on the right band (when the garment is worn). Work from the right side when there are 4 stitches left on the row as follows: Make 1 yarn over, knit 2 together and knit 2. On the next row (wrong side), knit the yarn over to leave a hole. The first buttonhole is worked when the rib on the neck measures 9 cm, the second buttonhole 2 cm below the neck. Then work the other 4-4-5-5-5-5 buttonholes with 10-10½-9-9½-9½-10 cm between each one. PATTERN: See diagrams A.1, A.2 and A.3. KNITTING TIP: To avoid the knitting tension losing its elasticity when working pattern it is important that the strands at the back are not tight. Use a size larger needle when working pattern if the piece becomes tight. DECREASE TIP (for sleeves): Decrease 1 stitch on either side of the marker as follows: Work until there are 3 stitches left before the marker, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker sits between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- JACKET – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE. The neck and yoke are worked back and forth with circular needle, from mid front and top down. The yoke is divided for body and sleeves and the body continued back and forth with circular needle then divided for a split in each side. The sleeves are worked in the round with short circular needle/double pointed needles, top down. NECK: Cast on 56-60-60-64-64-68 stitches with circular needle size 6 mm and colour bordeaux DROPS Wish or DROPS Snow. Purl 1 row (= wrong side). Work the next row as follows from the right side: 1 edge stitch in GARTER STITCH – read description above, * knit 2, purl 2 *, work from *-* until there are 3 stitches left, knit 2 and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch. When the rib measures 6 cm, cast on 4 stitches each side = 64-68-68-72-72-76 stitches. Continue the rib with 5 stitches in garter stitch on each side. Remember the BUTTONHOLES on the right band – read description above. Continue working until the rib measures 12 cm. Change to circular needle size 8 mm. Purl 1 row from the wrong side and increase 11-15-19-23-23-27 stitches evenly spaced (do not increase over the bands) = 75-83-87-95-95-103 stitches. YOKE: Read KNITTING TIP and work as follows from the right side: 5 band stitches in garter stitch (A.1 shows the colours used on the bands), A.2, A.3 until there are 5 stitches left, 5 band stitches in garter stitch. Continue this pattern. When A.1, A.2 and A.3 have been worked 1 time in height there are 165-185-195-215-215-235 stitches. Continue with stocking stitch and garter stitch, with colour mauve/powder; on the first row adjust the stitch-number to 166-182-190-210-218-234 stitches. When the yoke measures 24-25-26-27-28-29 cm after the neck, divide for the body and sleeves as follows: Work 29-32-33-36-38-41 stitches as before (front piece), place the next 30-32-34-38-38-40 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 6-6-8-8-10-10 stitches (in side under sleeve), work 48-54-56-62-66-72 stitches (back piece), place the next 30-32-34-38-38-40 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 6-6-8-8-10-10 stitches (in side under sleeve), work the remaining 29-32-33-36-38-41 stitches (front piece). Finish the body and sleeves separately. The piece is now measured from here! BODY: = 118-130-138-150-162-174 stitches. Insert 1 marker in the middle of the 6-6-8-8-10-10 cast-on stitches under each sleeve. Continue with stocking stitch, 5 band stitches on each side and colour mauve/powder for a further 20-21-22-23-24-25 cm. Place the 32-35-37-40-43-46 stitches from each front piece on a thread or extra needle, work the 54-60-64-70-76-82 stitches on the back piece. BACK PIECE: Change to circular needle size 6 mm and knit 1 row from the right side where you increase 6-8-8-10-12-10 stitches evenly spaced = 60-68-72-80-88-92 stitches. Work rib from the wrong side as follows: 1 edge stitch in garter stitch, * purl 2, knit 2 *, work from *-* until there are 3 stitches left, purl 2 and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch. Continue this rib for 8 cm, cast off. The jacket measures approx. 56-58-60-62-64-66 cm from the shoulder down. RIGHT FRONT PIECE: Place the right front piece stitches on circular needle size 6 mm. Knit 1 row from the right side and increase 4-5-7-8-5-6 evenly spaced = 36-40-44-48-48-52 stitches. Work rib from the wrong side as follows: 5 band stitches in garter stitch, * purl 2, knit 2 *, work from *-* until there are 3 stitches left, purl 2, 1 edge stitch in garter stitch. Continue this rib for 8 cm, cast off. LEFT FRONT PIECE: Place the left front piece stitches on circular needle size 6mm. Knit 1 row from the right side and increase 4-5-7-8-5-6 evenly spaced = 36-40-44-48-48-52 stitches. Work rib from the wrong side as follows: 1 edge stitch in garter stitch, * purl 2, knit 2 *, work from *-* until there are 7 stitches left, purl 2, 5 band stitches in garter stitch. Continue this rib for 8 cm, cast off. SLEEVES: Place the 30-32-34-38-38-40 stitches from the thread on the one side of the piece on double pointed needles size 8 mm and knit up 1 stitch in each of the new stitches cast on under the sleeve with colour mauve/powder = 36-38-42-46-48-50 stitches. Insert a marker in the middle of the new stitches under the sleeve. Allow the thread to follow your work onwards; it will be used when decreasing under the sleeve. Start at the marker and work stocking stitch in the round for 4 cm. Now decrease 2 stitches under the sleeve – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 10-10-8-6-6-6 cm a total of 3-3-4-5-5-5 times = 30-32-34-36-38-40 stitches. Continue working until the sleeve measures 32-31-31-30-30-29 cm from the division. Knit 1 round where you increase 6-8-10-12-10-12 stitches evenly spaced = 36-40-44-48-48-52 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 6 mm and work rib (knit 2, purl 2) for 8 cm. Cast off. The sleeve measures approx. 40-39-39-38-38-37 cm from the division. Work the other sleeve in the same way. ASSEMBLY: Fold the neck double to the inside and sew down. To avoid the neck being tight and rolling outwards, it is important the seam is elastic. Neatly sew the neck to the bands, with the seam to the wrong side. Sew the buttons onto the left band. |
