101 masker : 11 = 91,8 i overvidde. Er det ikke en fejl?
14.04.2022 - 12:27DROPS Design answered:

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. 1 ridge = knit 2 rows. PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 and A.2. The diagrams show all rows in the pattern from the right side. BUTTONHOLES: Work buttonholes on the right band (when the garment is worn). Work from the right side when there are 3 stitches left on the row as follows: Make 1 yarn over, knit 2 together and knit 1. On the next row (wrong side), knit the yarn over to leave a hole. The first buttonhole is worked just after the rib on the neck. The other 3 buttonholes are worked with approx. 10 cm between each one. DECREASE TIP (mid-top and mid-under the sleeve): Decrease 1 stitch on either side of the marker as follows: Work until there are 3 stitches left before the marker, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker sits between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- JACKET – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The neck and yoke are worked back and forth with circular needle, from mid-front and top down. The yoke is divided for body and sleeves and the body is continued back and forth. The sleeves are worked in the round with short circular needle/double pointed needles, top down. The jacket is worked with 4 strands DROPS Kid-Silk. NECK: Cast on 68-74-74-77-80-83 stitches with circular needle size 6 mm and 2 strands vanilla, 1 strand light lavender and 1 strand old pink (4 strands). Purl 1 row from the wrong side, then work as follows: 5 band stitches in GARTER STITCH – read description above, * knit 1 twisted / purl 2 *, work from *-* until there are 6 stitches left, knit 1 twisted and 5 band stitches in garter stitch (rib on the wrong side: purl 1 twisted, knit 2). Work this rib for 4 cm. Change to circular needle size 8 mm. Work the next row from the right side as follows: 5 band stitches in garter stitch, knit until there are 5 stitches left 5 band stitches in garter stitch. Purl 1 row from the wrong side at the same time adjust number of stitches to 63-68-73-78-83-88 stitches (bands knitted). Insert 1 marker after the band at the beginning of the row; the yoke is measured from this marker! YOKE: Work 5 band stitches in garter stitch, A.1, then A.2 10-11-12-13-14-15 times in width and 5 band stitches in garter stitch. Work the first BUTTONHOLE – read description above. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When A.1 and A.2 have been completed in height there are 156-170-184-198-212-226 stitches. Continue with stocking stitch and 5 band stitches in garter stitch on each side. When the piece measures 19-21-23-25-27-29 cm from the marker, divide for the body and sleeves as follows: Work the first 26-29-32-33-35-38 stitches (front piece), place the next 31-32-34-38-41-42 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 6-6-6-8-8-10 stitches (in side under sleeve), work 42-48-52-56-60-66 stitches (back piece), place the next 31-32-34-38-41-42 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 6-6-6-8-8-10 stitches (in side under sleeve), work 26-29-32-33-35-38 stitches (front piece). THE PIECE IS NOW MEASURED FROM HERE! BODY: = 106-118-128-138-146-162 stitches. Continue with stocking stitch and 5 band stitches in garter stitch on each side. When the piece measures 25 cm from the division, knit 1 row from the right side where you increase 16-16-18-20-24-23 stitches evenly spaced (do not increase over the bands) = 122-134-146-158-170-185 stitches. Purl 1 row with 5 band stitches in garter stitch on each side. Change to circular needle size 6 mm and work rib as follows: 5 band stitches in garter stitch, * knit 1 twisted / purl 2 *, work from *-* until there are 6 stitches left, knit 1 twisted and 5 band stitches in garter stitch (rib on the wrong side: purl 1 twisted, knit 2). Work this rib for 6 cm, then cast off. The jacket measures approx. 54-56-58-60-62-64 cm from the shoulder down. SLEEVES: Place the 31-32-34-38-41-42 stitches from the thread on the one side of the piece on short circular needle/double pointed needles size 8 mm and knit up 1 stitch in each of the 6-6-6-8-8-10 stitches cast on under the sleeve = 37-38-40-46-49-52 stitches. Start in the middle of the new stitches under the sleeve and work stocking stitch in the round. When the sleeve measures 28-26-25-23-22-21 from the division insert 2 markers, one at the beginning of the round (mid-under sleeve) and 1 after 18-19-20-23-24-26 stitches (top of sleeve). Now decrease 2 stitches on each side of both markers – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 4-4-4-3-3-3 cm a total of 3-3-3-4-4-4 times = 25-26-28-30-33-36 stitches. The piece now measures approx. 36-34-33-31-30-29 cm. Knit 1 round where you increase 5-4-5-6-6-3 stitches evenly spaced = 30-30-33-36-39-39 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 6 mm. Work rib (knit 1 twisted, purl 2) for 6 cm, then cast off. The sleeve measures approx. 42-40-39-37-36-35 cm. Work the other sleeve in the same way. ASSEMBLY: Sew the buttons onto the left band. |
