Heel - standard decrease

In this video we show how to make a standard heel decrease on a sock, you will need to read a pattern with this type of heel to be able to follow.

Hola Francisca, los videos no tienen audio porque son iguales para todos los idiomas. El nº de pts dependen del patrón que estés trabajando; este video sirve como apoyo para nuestros patrones. Puedes ver debajo del video algunos patrones en los que se puede aplicar este método.

Buongiorno Barbara. Per rispondere correttamente, ci sarebbe utile avere l’indicazione del modello che sta seguendo. Se il segnapunti serve come riferimento per prendere le misure, è sufficiente che lo inserisca sulla riga indicata (p.es all’inizio). Prenderà poi le misure da quella riga. Se serve invece come riferimento per diminuzioni, viene generalmente indicato tra quali maglie inserire il segnapunti. Buon lavoro!

How to start a sock with a flounce

How to work after charts to the socks in DROPS 229-20

In this DROPS video we show how we work after chart A.1 (flounces) and A.2 (lace pattern) to the “Kissing Kate” socks in DROPS 229-20. We show the beginning and end after chart A.1, and in chart A.2 we show round 3, 4, 9 and 10. We use less stitches than it says in the pattern. How to work the slippers in DROPS 203-37

In this DROPS video we show how to work the “Carrot Squash” slippers in DROPS 203-37. We have already cast on stitches for size 35/37 = US 4.5/6.5 and start the video by showing round 1 (only Knit). Then the rib, K1, P1. After the rib put 31 stitches on a stitch holder, work the other stitches back and forth. Then work these stitches, the new pickup stitches along the sides and the stitches from the stitch holder, and work around again. Decrease stitches and work around to finish measurement, bind off and fold the slipper and sew under foot in the outermost loop of the outermost stitch. These slippers are worked in DROPS Snow, the same yarn we use in the video. You must read the pattern to be able to follow this video properly. How to work the slippers in DROPS Extra 0-1448

In this DROPS video we show you how to work the slippers in DROPS Extra 0-1448. We have already cast on 19 stitches (size EU 35/37 = US 5-7 ) and start the video by working in garter stitch row 1 and 2 where we show how to work 2 stitches in 1 stitch at the beginning and end of the row. Then we show how we split the piece and work in 2 parts and how to decrease 1 stitch in each side on every other row. Read the pattern for the further decreases.
