How to crochet a large puff stitch

In this DROPS video we show how you can crochet a puff stitch that is used in the Algarve sweater in DROPS 202-4. We start the video by skipping 1 stitch, 1 double crochet in the next stitch and 1 chain stitch. 1 PUFF STITCH = * make 1 yarn over, insert hook through stitch, make 1 yarn over, pull through and pull both yarn overs long (to avoid the puff stitches becoming too small and tight it’s important to pull the stitches as far as possible) *, work from *-* a total of 5 times, yarn over and pull through all 11 loops on hook. This sweater is crocheted in DROPS Sky, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. You must read the pattern and look at the charts to be able to follow this video properly.
