On round 7 you have 3 tr and 2 ch in between(108tr). On round 8 I end up with 180 tr but the pattern shows 144. 1 tr in each tr and 1 tr in each ch. Am I counting wrong? also I used Caron Simply soft. Should I still use two strands of yarn for the project?
24.10.2013 - 21:19DROPS Design answered:
Dear Michelle, on round 7, you worked (2 ch, skip 3 ch, 3 tr in the next tr) so that you get some ch-loops around, on round 8, work 1 tr in each tr and 1 tr in each ch-loop to get 144 tr. The crochet gauge is 3 rows in the circle = 2 5/8", and after 5 rows, circle should measure 8". Happy crocheting!

01.10.2013 - 19:33DROPS Design answered:
Nee, u haakt alleen 34 l zoals beschreven staat.

Hello! I seem to be having trouble after round 16. Here is what I have after making corrections; Round 14- 258 (mandatory fix because 86 doesnt go into 256 evenly) Round 15- 86 Round 16- 150 Round 17- 301 301 cannot be worked evenly so Im not sure what to do?
21.09.2013 - 11:30DROPS Design answered:
Dear Dakota, you work as follows : Round 14 = 256 tr - Round 15, 1tr + (skip 2 tr, ch 3, 1 tr in next tr) a total of 85 times = 86 tr - Round 16: 3 tr + (ch2, 2 tr in next tr, ch3, 3 tr in next tr) repeat at total of 42 times (=5 tr x 42 = 210) and finish with ch 2, 2 tr in next tr, ch 3 = 215 tr. Happy crocheting!

I'm working on the first series of 14, 15, 16 on size s/m. I have the156 of row 14 but can't get 86 tr for row 15. I keep getting 85 which messes up the alternating 2 and 3 tr of row 16. I'm tr 1 ch 3 skip 2 tr1 again. Am I just repeatedly miscounting?
18.09.2013 - 03:14DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Laray, you should have 192 tr at the end of round 13, on round 14, you crochet 1 tr in each tr + 1 tr in each loop and get 256 tr at the end of round. Then on round 15, work:1 tr in the first tr, *3 ch, skip 2 tr, 1 tr in the next tr*, repeat from *-* entire round = 86 tr. Happy crocheting!

Dear Shazia, different qualities with different fiber content may have different texture, and look. This means that the jacket also will get a different look and characteristics. But always remember to check your gauge. We have 2 "circle" crocheted jackets for kids you'll find in our last collection for kids : s24-1 & s24-6. Happy crocheting!

Hoi Diana.
