I DEFINITELY want to make this one up! I MIGHT decide to change the neckline to a deep V-neck, but I'm DEIFINITELY keeping the ruffle -- such a witty alternative to jacket lapels! Done in the right yarn, this is gonna make an AMAZING suit jacket. KUDOS!
