Dag Helene,
De telpatronen staan onderaan de beschrijving. Misschien is het nodig om even de pagina te verversen met Ctrl + F5 om ze in beeld te krijgen.

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. PATTERN: See diagram A.1. KNITTING TIP: To avoid the knitting tension losing its elasticity when working pattern it is important that the strands at the back are not tight. Use a size larger needle when working pattern if the piece becomes tight. DECREASE TIP (for sleeves): Decrease 1 stitch on either side of the marker as follows: Work until there are 3 stitches left before the marker, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker sits between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- JUMPER – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE. The neck and yoke are worked in the round with circular needle, from mid back and top down. The yoke is divided for body and sleeves and the body is first continued in the round then divided for the split in the sides and finished back and forth. The sleeves are worked in the round with short circular needle/double pointed needles, top down. DOUBLE NECK: Cast on 56-60-60-64-64-68 stitches with circular needle size 6 mm and colour bordeaux DROPS Wish or DROPS Snow. Knit 1 round. Work rib (knit 2, purl 2) for 12 cm. Change to circular needle size 8 mm. Knit 1 round and increase 8-8-12-16-20-20 stitches evenly spaced = 64-68-72-80-84-88 stitches. YOKE: Work A.1 over all stitches, read KNITTING TIP! After the last increase in A.1 there are 160-170-180-200-210-220 stitches on the round. On the last round in A.1 adjust the stitch-number to 156-172-180-200-208-224 stitches. Continue with stocking stitch and colour mauve/powder. When the piece measures 24-25-26-27-28-29 cm measured after neck edge on mid back, divide for the body and sleeves: Work 24-27-28-31-33-36 stitches (half back piece), place the next 30-32-34-38-38-40 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 6-6-8-8-10-10 stitches (in side under sleeve), work 48-54-56-62-66-72 stitches (front piece), place the next 30-32-34-38-38-40 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 6-6-8-8-10-10 stitches (in side under sleeve), work the remaining 24-27-28-31-33-36 stitches (half back piece). Finish the body and sleeves separately. The piece is now measured from here! BODY: = 108-120-128-140-152-164 stitches. Insert 1 marker in the middle of the 6-6-8-8-10-10 cast-on stitches under each sleeve. Continue with stocking with colour mauve/powder, for a further 20-21-22-23-24-25 cm. Place the 54-60-64-70-76-82 stitches for the front piece on a thread or extra needle and work the 54-60-64-70-76-82 stitches on the back piece. BACK PIECE: Change to circular needle size 6 mm and knit 1 row from the right side where you increase 6-8-8-10-12-10 stitches evenly spaced = 60-68-72-80-88-92 stitches. Work rib from the wrong side as follows: 1 edge stitch in GARTER STITCH – read description above, * purl 2, knit 2 *, work from *-* until there are 3 stitches left, purl 2 and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch. Continue this rib for 8 cm, cast off. The jumper measures approx. 56-58-60-62-64-66 cm from the shoulder down. Place the stitches from the front piece on circular needle size 6 mm and work in the same way as the back piece. SLEEVES: Place the 30-32-34-38-38-40 stitches from the thread on the one side of the piece on double pointed needles size 8 mm and knit up 1 stitch in each of the new stitches cast on under the sleeve with colour mauve/powder = 36-38-42-46-48-50 stitches. Insert a marker in the middle of the new stitches under the sleeve. Allow the marker to follow your work onwards; it will be used when decreasing under the sleeve. Start at the marker and work stocking stitch in the round for 4 cm. Now decrease 2 stitches under the sleeve – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 10-10-8-6-6-6 cm a total of 3-3-4-5-5-5 times = 30-32-34-36-38-40 stitches. Continue working until the sleeve measures 32-31-31-30-30-29 cm from the division. Knit 1 round where you increase 6-8-10-12-10-12 stitches evenly spaced = 36-40-44-48-48-52 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 6 mm and work rib (knit 2, purl 2) for 8 cm. Cast off. The sleeve measures approx. 40-39-39-38-38-37 cm from the division. Work the other sleeve in the same way. ASSEMBLY: Fold the neck double to the inside and sew down. To avoid the neck being tight and rolling outwards, it is important the seam is elastic. |
