Hej. Tak for svar. Venlig hilsen Hanne

Hej Carina. Du kan använda vår konverterare för att beräka alternativ garnåtgång. Där ser du t.ex. att 25 g Brushed Alpaca Silk motsvarar 94 g Paris. Lycka till!

DROPS 206-37 |

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- INCREASE TIP-1 (evenly spaced): To work out how to increase evenly, count the total number of stitches on the needle (e.g. 48 stitches) and divide by the number of increases to be made (e.g. 8) = 6. In this example, increase by making 1 yarn over after each 6th stitch. On the next round knit the yarn overs twisted to avoid holes. STRIPES: 2½ cm with 1 strand off-white and 1 strand purple 2½ cm with 1 strand off-white and 1 strand cerise 2½ cm with 1 strand off-white and 1 strand curry 2½ cm with 1 strand off-white and 1 strand black 2½ cm with 1 strand off-white and 1 strand powder pink 2½ cm with 1 strand off-white and 1 strand coral 2½ cm with 1 strand off-white and 1 strand black 2½ cm with 1 strand off-white and 1 strand forest green Repeat the 8 stripes to finished length. RAGLAN: Increase to raglan in each transition between body and sleeves as follows: Work until there is 1 stitch left before marker thread, 1 yarn over, knit 2 (marker thread sits between these 2 stitches), 1 yarn over (= 2 stitches increased). On the next round knit the yarn overs twisted to avoid holes. Then work the new stitches in stocking stitch. There are a total of 8 stitches increased on each increase-round CASTING-OFF TIP: To avoid the cast-off edge being tight you can cast off with a ½ size larger needle. DECREASE TIP (for sleeves): Decrease 1 stitch on each side of the marker thread as follows: Work until there are 3 stitches left before the marker thread, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker thread sits between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- JUMPER – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The neck, yoke and body are worked in the round with circular needle, top down. The sleeves are worked in the round with short circular needle/double pointed needles, top down. NECK: Cast on 48-52-52-56-60-64 stitches with short circular needle size 7 mm and 1 strand black and 1 strand forest green (= 2 strands). Knit 1 round then work rib in the round (knit2/ purl 2) for 2½ cm. Change to circular needle size 8 and knit 1 round where you increase 8-0-4-8-4-4 stitches evenly spaced – read INCREASE TIP = 56-52-56-64-64-68 stitches. Insert 4 marker threads in the piece as follows (without working the stitches): Insert 1 marker thread at the beginning of the round, insert the second after the next 22-20-22-26-26-28 stitches (= back piece), insert the third marker thread after the next 6 stitches (= sleeve) and the fourth after the next 22-20-22-26-26-28 stitches (= front piece); there are 6 stitches left to the first marker thread (= sleeve). THE PIECE IS NOW MEASURED FROM HERE! YOKE: Change to circular needle size 8 mm. Continue working with stocking stitch and STRIPES – read description above, AT THE SAME TIME on the 2nd round start to increase to RAGLAN – read description above. Increase like this every 2nd round a total of 13-16-17-17-19-21 times. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! After the final increase there are 160-180-192-200-216-236 stitches on the round and the piece measures approx. 17-21-23-23-25-28 cm from the neck mid back. Continue working until the piece measures 22-24-26-28-30-32 cm. The next round is worked as follows: Work 48-52-56-60-65-72 stitches (= back piece), place the next 32-38-40-40-42-44 stitches on 1 thread for sleeve, cast on 6-6-6-8-8-8 new stitches on the needle (= in side under sleeve), work 48-52-56-60-66-74 stitches (= front piece), place the next 32-38-40-40-42-44 stitches on 1 thread for sleeve, cast on 6-6-6-8-8-8 new stitches on the needle (= in side under sleeve) and work the last 0-0-0-0-1-2 stitches (= back piece). Body and sleeves are finished separately. THE PIECE IS NOW MEASURED FROM HERE! BODY: = 108-116-124-136-148-164 stitches. Continue in the round with stocking stitch and stripes. Work until the piece measures approx. 30 cm from the division in all sizes – adjust to after a complete stripe. Work 1 round where you increase 16-20-20-24-24-28 stitches evenly spaced = 124-136-144-160-172-192 stitches. Change to circular needle size 7 mm and work rib (= knit 2/ purl 2) for 2½ cm, cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl – read CASTING OFF TIP. The jumper measures approx. 58-60-62-64-66-68 cm from the shoulder down. SLEEVE: Place the 32-38-40-40-42-44 stitches from the thread on the one side of the piece on short circular needle/double pointed needles size 8 mm and knit up 1 stitch in each of the 6-6-6-8-8-8 new stitches cast on under the sleeve = 38-44-46-48-50-52 stitches. Insert 1 marker thread in the middle of the 6-6-6-8-8-8 stitches under the sleeve and allow the thread to follow your work onwards; it marks the start of the round. Start working at the marker thread and continue in the round with stocking stitch and stripes. When the piece measures 2 cm from the division, decrease 2 stitches mid under sleeve – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 2 cm a total of 4-5-5-5-5-5 times = 30-34-36-38-40-42 stitches. Work until the piece measures 40-38-37-35-33-32 cm from the division (or to desired length; there is approx. 3 cm left to finished length – NOTE: Shorter measurements in larger sizes due to wider neck and longer yoke) – adjust to after a complete stripe. Knit 1 round where you increase 6-6-4-6-8-6 stitches evenly spaced = 36-40-40-44-48-48 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 7 mm and work rib (= knit 2/ purl 2) for 2½ cm, cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. The sleeve measures approx. 43-41-40-38-36-35 cm from the division. Work the other sleeve in the same way. |
