Hej Christine, Nej forhøjningen gør bare at genseren bliver lidt højere bag i nakken. God fornøjelse!

Jeg er ferdig med diagram A1 og har 272 masker på pinnen (str xl) Det står så at arbeidet skal være 25 cm fra oppleggskanten. Hva menes her?

Bon tricot!

INFORMATION FOR PATTERN: ELEVATION: Insert 1 marker thread mid back = beginning of round. Begin from right side and knit 7-8-8-9-9-10 stitches past marker thread, turn, tighten yarn and purl 14-16-16-18-18-20 stitches. Turn, tighten yarn and knit 21-24-24-27-27-30, turn, tighten yarn and purl 28-32-32-36-36-40. Turn, tighten yarn and knit 35-40-40-45-45-50, turn, tighten yarn and purl 42-48-48-54-54-60. Turn and K until mid back. PATTERN: See diagram A.1. Choose diagram for your size. Diagrams show all rows in pattern seen from the right side. Work all stiches in pattern in stocking stitch. KNITTING TIP: To avoid the knitting tension to tighten when working pattern, it is important not to tighten the strands on back side of piece. Switch to a higher needle number when working pattern if the pattern is somewhat tight. DECREASE/INCREASE TIP (evenly): To calculate how to decrease/increase evenly, use the total number of stitches on row (e.g. 80 stitches) and divide stitches by number of decreased/increases to be done (e.g. 3) = 26.6. In this example knit alternately approx. every 25th and 26th stitch and every 26th and 27th stitch together when decreasing. when increasing make 1 yarn over after alternately 26th and 27th stitch, on next round knit yarn over twisted to avoid holes. INCREASE TIP (applies to sides of body): Increase on each side of marker as follows: Begin 2 stitches before marker thread and make 1 yarn over, knit 4 stitches (marker thread is in the middle of these 4 stitches), make 1 yarn over (= 2 stitches increased). Repeat at the other marker thread. On next round knit yarn overs twisted to avoid holes. DECREASE TIP (applies to mid under sleeves): Begin 2 stitches before marker thread, knit 2 together, marker thread is here, slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch worked (= 2 stitches decreased). ---------------------------------------------------------- JUMPER: Worked top down in the round on circular needle. Beginning of round is mid back. Work sleeves in the round on double pointed needles. YOKE: Cast on 80-84-88-92-96-100 stitches on a short circular needle size 5 mm with medium grey. Work rib = knit 2/purl 2 for 4 cm. Knit 1 round while decreasing 3-4-5-4-5-4 stitches evenly - read INCREASE/DECREASE (evenly) = 77-80-83-88-91-96 stitches. Switch to a short circular needle size 5.5 mm. For better fit work a small ELEVATION - see explanation above, at the back of neck. When elevation is done, knit 1 round while increasing 7-10-13-14-17-18 stitches evenly = 84-90-96-102-108-114 stitches. Now work PATTERN – see explanation above, as follows: Work and increase according to diagram A.1 (= 14-15-16-17-18-19 repetitions of 6 stitches) - read KNITTING TIP! When entire diagram A.1 has been worked vertically, there are 224-240-256-272-288-304 stitches on round and piece measures approx. 23-23-23-25-25-25 cm from cast-on edge. Then work with medium grey until finished measurements. Work the different sizes as follows: SIZE S: Knit 1 round while at the same time decreasing 4 stitches evenly = 220 stitches. Continue until piece measures 25 cm from cast-on edge. Size S is now done, continue from ALL SIZES. SIZE M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL: Increase 6-5-8-8-8 stitches evenly every 5th-5th-5th-7th-6th round 1-2-2-2-3 times = 246-266-288-304-328 stitches. Work until piece measures 27-28-30-32-34 cm. ALL SIZES: Work next round as follows: Work the first 31-35-38-42-46-50 stitches (= half back piece), slip the next 47-52-56-59-60-64 stitches on a stitch holder (= sleeve), cast on 6-6-8-8-10-10 new stitches on needle (= in the side under sleeve), work the next 63-71-77-85-92-100 stitches (= front piece), slip the next 47-52-56-59-60-64 stitches on a stitch holder (= sleeve), cast on 6-6-8-8-10-10 new stitches on needle (= in the side under sleeve), work the remaining 32-36-39-43-46-50 stitches (= half back piece). NOW MEASURE PIECE FROM HERE! BODY: = 138-154-170-186-204-220 stitches. Insert 1 marker thread in the middle of the 6-6-8-8-10-10 new stitches that were cast on under sleeve in each side. Work in stocking stitch in the round. When piece measures 4 cm from division, increase 2 stitches in each side - READ INCREASE TIP (= 4 stitches increased). Repeat increase when piece measures 12 cm and 20 cm = 150-166-182-198-216-232 stitches. Continue to work until piece measures 27-27-28-28-28-28 cm. Knit 1 round while increasing 30-30-30-34-36-40 stitches evenly = 180-196-212-232-252-272 stitches. Switch to circular needle size 5 mm. Work rib (= knit 2/purl 2). When rib measures 6 cm, cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl but to avoid a tight cast-off edge make 1 yarn over after every 4th stitch (cast off yarn overs as regular stitches). Piece measures approx. 58-60-62-64-66-68 cm from shoulder. SLEEVES: Slip the 47-52-56-59-60-64 stitches from stitch holder in one side of piece on double pointed needles size 5.5 mm and pick in addition up 1 stitch in each of the 6-6-8-8-10-10 new stitches cast on under sleeve = 53-58-64-67-70-74 stitches. Insert 1 marker thread in the middle of the 6-6-8-8-10-10 stitches. Begin round here and work in stocking stitch in the round. When piece measures 4 cm from division, decrease 2 stitches under sleeve - READ DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 7th-5th-4th-4th-3rd-3rd round 9-11-13-13-14-14 times = 35-36-38-41-42-46 stitches. Continue until piece measures 34-32-32-30-28-27 cm from division. Knit 1 round while increasing 1-4-2-3-2-2 stitches evenly = 36-40-40-44-44-48 stitches. Switch to double pointed needles size 5 mm. Work rib (= knit 2/purl 2). When rib measures 6 cm, cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl but to avoid a tight cast-off edge make 1 yarn over after every 4th stitch (cast off yarn overs as regular stitches). Sleeve measures approx. 40-38-38-36-34-33 cm from division. Work the other sleeve the same way. |
