I would like to knit this pattern. 97-20 Drops Silke-Tweed has been discontinued. What is the alternative yarn? Is it possible to use Drops Paris?

Dear Mary, Drops Silke Tweed used to belong to the Yarn Group A, so you can substitute with yarns from that yarn group. DROPD AAlpaca, Baby Merini, Nord, Flora could be a good choice, or if you want a cotton yarn, them DROPS Loves You 7 or 9 or DROPS Safran. You can use our yarn calculator to see how much yarn you need from the substitutions, and please always do a gauge swatch, check your stitch and row numbers, and recalculate if necessary. Happy Knitting!

Hoi.

Kjempefin jakke!
