Ich stricke gr. XL .
A.1 (= 24 M), 1 Zunahme, 11 M glatt rechts (Ärmel), 1 Zunahme, A.1 (= 24 M), 1 Zunahme, 7 M glatt rechts (Vorderteil), 1 Zunahme, A.1 (= 24 M), 1 Zunahme, 11 M glatt rechts (Ärmel), 1 Zunahme, A.1 (= 24 M), 1 Zunahme, 3 M glatt rechts = 4+24+11+24+7+24+11+24+3=132 M + 8 Zunahmen = 140 Maschne.

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- PATTERN: See diagram A.1. RAGLAN: Increase 1 stitch by making 1 yarn over before/after A.1 (in each transition between the body and sleeves). The yarn overs are then worked as follows on the next round: BEFORE A.1: Slip the yarn over onto the right needle as if to knit, place it back on the left needle the other way round, knit in the front loop (yarn over twists to the right). No hole. AFTER A.1: Knit in the back loop (yarn over twists to the left). No hole. The new stitches are then worked in stocking stitch. DECREASE TIP (for sleeves): Work until there are 3 stitches left before the marker, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker sits between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- JUMPER – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The neck and yoke are worked in the round with circular needle, top down. The yoke is divided for body and sleeves and the body is continued in the round with circular needle. The sleeves are worked with short circular needle/double pointed needles. NECK: Cast on 96-96-104-108-112-116 stitches with short circular needle size 3 mm and DROPS Karisma. Knit 1 round. Then work rib (knit 1, purl 1) for 3 cm. When the rib is finished, knit 1 round where you increase 24 stitches evenly spaced = 120-120-128-132-136-140 stitches. Insert 1 marker in the middle of the round; the yoke is measured from this marker! YOKE: Change to circular needle size 4 mm. Work the first round as follows: Knit 3-3-4-4-5-6, increase 1 stitch to RAGLAN – read description above, work A.1, increase 1 stitch to raglan, knit 7-7-9-11-11-11 (sleeve), increase 1 stitch to raglan, work A.1, increase 1 stitch to raglan, knit 5-5-7-7-9-11 (front piece), increase 1 stitch to raglan, work A.1, increase 1 stitch to raglan, knit 7-7-9-11-11-11 (sleeve), increase 1 stitch to raglan, work A.1, increase 1 stitch to raglan, knit 2-2-3-3-4-5. You have increased 8 stitches to raglan = 128-128-136-140-144-148 stitches. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! Continue the pattern and increase to raglan every 2nd round a total of 25-28-30-34-35-36 times (including the first increase described above) = 320-344-368-404-416-428 stitches. The increases are finished in sizes M and L. Work the other sizes as described below, then go to ALL SIZES. SIZE S: The increases on the body are finished. Continue working as before and increase on the sleeves 2 more times = 328 stitches. SIZES XL, XXL and XXXL: The increases on the sleeves are finished. Continue working as before and increase on the front/back pieces 2-5-8 more times = 412-436-460 stitches. ALL SIZES: = 328-344-368-412-436-460 stitches. Continue working without further increases until the yoke measures 22-24-26-27-29-31 cm from the marker (increases to raglan should be now finished). On the next round divide for the body and sleeves as follows: Work 52-55-58-64-69-74 stitches, place the next 61-63-69-79-81-83 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 6-8-10-10-12-14 stitches (in side under sleeve), work 103-109-115-127-137-147 stitches, place the next 61-63-69-79-81-83 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 6-8-10-10-12-14 stitches (in side under sleeve), work the last 51-54-57-63-68-73 stitches. Cut the strand. The body and sleeves are finished separately. The body is measured from here! BODY: = 218-234-250-274-298-322 stitches. Insert 1 marker in the middle of the 6-8-10-10-12-14 stitches cast on under one sleeve. Start at the marker and continue in the round, with stocking stitch and A.1 for a further 20 cm. Knit 1 round where you increase 22-24-26-28-30-32 stitches evenly spaced = 240-258-276-302-328-354 stitches. Change to circular needle size 3 mm. Work rib (knit 1, purl 1) for 4 cm. Cast off a little loosely. The jumper measures approx. 48-50-52-54-56-58 cm from the shoulder down. SLEEVES: Place the 61-63-69-79-81-83 stitches from the thread on the one side of the piece on short circular needle/double pointed needles size 4 mm and knit up 1 stitch in each of the 6-8-10-10-12-14 stitches cast on under the sleeve = 67-71-79-89-93-97 stitches. Insert a marker in the middle of the 6-8-10-10-12-14 stitches under the sleeve. Allow the marker to follow your work onwards; it will be used when decreasing under the sleeve. Start at the marker and work stocking stitch in the round for 4-4-3-3-2-2 cm. Now decrease 2 stitches under the sleeve – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 3-3-2-1½-1½-1 cm a total of 4-5-8-12-13-14 times = 59-61-63-65-67-69 stitches. Continue working until the sleeve measures 38-37-35-36-34-33 cm from the division. There is 4 cm left; try the jumper on and work to desired length. Knit 1 round where you decrease 5 stitches evenly spaced = 54-56-58-60-62-64 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 3 mm and work rib (knit 1, purl 1) for 4 cm. Cast off a little loosely. The sleeve measures approx. 42-41-39-40-38-37 cm from the division. Work the other sleeve in the same way. |
