Lovely hat, but with such a large brim how do I get it to stay up proud of the hat without flopping down? Many thanks

Dear Mrs Owen, you can use some starch to make the brim more stiff. Happy crocheting!

Hartelijke groet.
02.09.2015 - 11:20DROPS Design answered:
Hoi Tine. Jawel, het klopt. Je had 193 of 199 v na toer 23.

Bon crochet!

I am new to crochet charts, please tell me how to work this row
03.03.2015 - 18:41DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Harris, the sc at the beg of A.2 is worked in the 2nd dc in A.1, so that you have from A.1: ch3, ch2, 1 sc in next dc, ch 2, then A.2: *1 sc in next dc (in A.1), ch5, sc in next dc, ch2,* repeat from *-*. Happy crocheting!

What a lovely pattern. I would love to make one and see if it would look good on me and how long I would keep it. I usually make one and my daughter borrows it for an unspecified time.
