Dear Mrs Miller, you will find this indication after the inc under "sleeves": At the same time when piece measures 8, 13 and 22 cm / 3", 5" and 8 3/4" for all sizes knit 2 rows garter sts with 1 strand Bomull-Lin and 1 strand Cotton Viscose. Happy knitting!

Hoi Heleen. Hij wordt vrij los gebreid en de minderingen kunnen eerst wat duidelijker zijn - maar vaak herstelt dat na eerste keer wassen. Nu weet ik niet hoe je mindert, maar mijn ervaring dat 2 st r samen breien vaak prima uitziet.

Hoi Tamara. Dat weet ik helaas niet. Ik zou eerst proberen te wassen, in vorm/afmeting (plat liggen) brengen en laten drogen. Maar de stekenverhouding wel correct sinds het werk zo is gaan lubberen/hangen? Als niet, dan kan je volgens mij (helaas!) niets aan doen en zal het misschien zelf erger worden.

Buongiorno Paola, questo modello è lavorato avanti e indietro sui f, quindi può utilizzare anche i ferri dritti se preferisce. La maggior parte dei nostri modelli è lavorata con i ferri circolari a causa dell'elevato numero di maglie. Buon lavoro!!

Knitting tension: 14 sts x 17 rows on needles size 7 mm with Bomull-Lin in stocking sts = 10 x 10 cm. Crochet tension: diamond crochet on crochet hook size 4.5 mm = 12 x 12 cm Crochet diamonds: See diagram M.1. Note: Crochet the last round of dc in M.1 on crochet hook size 3.5 mm. Crochet border: See diagram M.2. Garter sts, back and forth on needle: Knit all rows. _____________________________________________________________________ Back piece: Cast on 98-106-110-118-128 sts (includes 1 edge st each side) on needle size 7 mm with Bomull-Lin, knit 4 rows garter sts and continue in stocking sts. When piece measures 6 cm dec 5 sts evenly on row (approx 16-17-18-19-20 sts between each dec). Repeat the dec on every 5-5.5-6-6-6.5 cm a total of 7 times – dec. from the RS and K2 tog.– make sure the dec are in line vertically = 63-71-75-83-93 sts. When piece measures 53-54-55-56-57 cm cast off for armhole each side on every other row: 3 sts 1-1-1-2-2 times, 2 sts 1-2-2-2-3 times and 1 st 1-2-3-3-5 times = 51-53-55-57-59 sts. When piece measures 70-72-74-76-78 cm cast off the middle 33 sts for neck and dec 1 st on neckline on next row = 8-9-10-11-12 sts left on each shoulder. Cast off when piece measures 72-74-76-78-80 cm. Front piece: Cast on and knit as back piece until piece measures 39-41-43-45-47 cm (the dec are complete). Knit 4 rows garter sts over the middle 41 sts (remaining sts as before) and then cast off the middle 35 sts for neckline = 14-18-20-24-29 sts left each side. Now complete the 2 sides separately. Continue in stocking sts with 3 garter sts towards mid front. When piece measures 53-54-55-56-57 cm cast off for armhole as described for back piece = 8-9-10-11-12 sts left on shoulder. Cast off when piece measures 72-74-76-78-80 cm. Sleeve: Cast on 31-32-34-36-37 sts (includes 1 edge st each side) on needle size 7 mm with Bomull-Lin, knit 4 rows garter sts and continue in stocking sts. When piece measures 5-5-5-6-6 cm inc 1 st each side on every 2.5-2.5-2.5-2-1.5 cm a total of 10-10-10-11-13 times = 51-52-54-58-63 sts. At the same time when piece measures 8, 13 and 22 cm for all sizes knit 2 rows garter sts with 1 thread Bomull-Lin and 1 thread Cotton Viscose. When piece measures 33-31-31-30-29 cm cast off for sleeve cap each side on every other row: 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 2-2-2-2-3 times, 1 st 1-2-3-3-5 times and then 2 sts each side until piece measures 40-40-41-41-42 cm. Now cast off 3 sts each side 1 time and cast off remaining sts, piece measures 41-41-42-42-43 cm. Crochet diamonds: Crochet 4 diamonds with Cotton Viscose and crochet hook size 4.5 mm – see M.1 and above explanation re the last round. Beg with 4 ch and form a ring with a sl st. Crochet 3 ch and 11 tr in ring, etc – see M.1. Assembly: Sew tog diamonds 2 by 2, make sure to have 1 st in each dc. Crochet a row of tr round both diamonds with Cotton Viscose and crochet hook size 3.5 mm. Sew on 2 diamonds to the neck opening of the tunica on one side in the garter sts row. At the side place the diamonds over the outermost 2 sts and attach with small, neat sts. The diamonds should sit 6 cm from the shoulder. Sew on the other 2 diamonds to the other side. Sew shoulder seams. Set in sleeves. Sew sleeve and side seams inside 1 edge st. Crochet border: Crochet M.2 with crochet hook size 4.5 mm and Cotton Viscose round sleeve edges and neckline. Finish with a row of dc round sleeve edges, neckline and the slit. Crochet string: Crochet 4 ch with crochet hook size 4.5 mm and Cotton Viscose and form a ring with a sl st. Now crochet ch until string measures 60 to 70 cm and finish with a sl st in the 4th but last ch. Pull string in between the 2 diamonds at each side mid front. Make a tassel for each end of the string as follows: Cut 20 threads of Cotton Viscose measuring 25 cm each. Fold them double, pull loop through the ring and pull threads through the loop. |
