Crochet the square according to pattern or after charts to the correct size. Crochet X number of chain stitches and skip X number of stitches, repeat the same on next side. DROPS Design :

Dear Hazel, there should be no difference when working the pattern. Just use the left hand when working the stitches instead of the right one. Happy crocheting!
