I have done my chain row, then done the second row . I can’t get any further than this because no matter how hard I try and how carefully I count the end of the repeated pattern doesn’t line up and I’m always missing some stitches on the row below to finish the sequence. I’m assuming the pattern always ends at the space left from row 2 after each block of 6? What am I doing wrong? I have a photo if needed.

Dear Molly, have you tried to add a marker thread between each repeat all the round? This might help you repeating the diagram in the round working just as shown in diagram/video to the end of the round. Hope it can help. Happy crocheting!
