See diagrams A.1 and A.2.
(First stitch in A.1 shows how rounds start and finish)

The piece is worked in the round in a circle from the middle outwards, top down. Work 2 bells.

Work 5 chain stitches with hook size 2.5 mm = US C/2 and form them into a ring with 1 slip stitch in the first chain stitch. Work A.1 a total of 1 time (first stitch shows how the round starts and finishes) and A.2 a total of 4 times on the round. REMEMBER THE CROCHET GAUGE! When A.1 and A.2 have been completed in height, cut and fasten the strand.

See sketch for assembly.
Thread a silk ribbon through the heart and tie a knot (= A). Then tie another knot approx. 5 cm = 2” from the first knot (= B). Thread the ribbon ends up through the hole in the top of the bell and tie a knot approx. 5 cm = 2” from the bell (= C). Cut the ends.
To allow the bell to hang nicely and to stiffen – dip it in sugared water or colorless (sugared) fizzy drink. Hang the bell over a bottle, shape it and allow it to dry.

Work 1 more bell.

All measurements in charts are in cm.

Hei! Hvor får man kjøpt disse røde hjertene?

DROPS Design 01.02.2019 kl. 08:37:

Hei Siri. De fleste hobbybutikker vil nok ha tilsvarende små perler/annheng og silkebånd som kan brukes inni bjellene. God fornøyelse.
