How should I wash this so it maintains its shape?

Hi Radhika, We recommend that you wash at a max of 60 degrees and then dry the garment flat. You can shape the garment when still wet if necessary. Happy crafting!

30.04.2022 - 22:22DROPS Design answered:
Hei Lene.

I’m confused as to the yarn type. The pattern requires a 3.5mm hook, yet recommends Drops Paris yarn, which uses a 5mm hook/needles. How does that work?
01.08.2021 - 03:43DROPS Design answered:
Dear Kate, we siggest to use smaller than usual needles for this piece, so your gauge is much thighter than usual, so your hat should hond its shape better. Happy Stitching!

Hi I am stuck on where to place all the slip stitches (if i include them in the repeat i think there should be 6) in the round that starts with the 2 slip stitches. (A.1, A.2 diagram). I cannot get the chain space to be in the right place. Please can you clarify how to work this round
12.04.2021 - 09:09DROPS Design answered:
Dear Nicola, on row 9, start round with 1 sl st in each of the first 2 sts of the round then continue diagram A.1, ending with 2 chains, skip the sts in A.2 (do not work the 2 sl sts at the beg og A.1 anymore) and repeat A.1. Happy crocheting!

I don’t see where you skip a stitch between the double crochet
18.05.2020 - 05:02DROPS Design answered:
Dear Ruth, working A.1 and A.2 you will skip only 1 stitch on 2nd row in A.1 (when you work: 1 dc in first dc (= A.2), 1 dc in same dc, 3 ch, skip next dc). Read more about diagrams here. Happy crocheting!
