COLOR CHANGE TIP:
To get a nice transition between the color changes, work last sl st on round with the new color as follows: Insert hook in first ch from beg of round, make a YO with the new color and pull YO through st on hook. Cut and fasten off while working, except on last round.
----------------------------------------------------------

BLANKET:
Work 11 different hexagons and 7 hexagons in each color combination (77 hexagons in total) - READ HEXAGON 1 to 11. Then sew hexagons tog.

HEXAGON:
Work 5 ch on hook size 4 mm / G/6 and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. Then work A.1 (repeat A.1 3 times in total on round) - A.2 shows how round beg and end - READ COLOR CHANGE TIP and REMEMBER THE CROCHET GAUGE When A.1 is done, cut the yarn - but leave approx. 40 cm / 15 3/4'', this is used for assembly.

ASSEMBLY:
Place hexagons in 11 strips of 7 hexagons side by side as shown on chart - numbers show color combination. Sew them tog with yarn end from each hexagon as shown on drawing as follows: Dot marks the yarn end, sew 2 and 2 hexagons tog (- see dotted line) to get 1 strip of 7 hexagons. Sew all 11 stripes. Then sew 2 and 2 strips tog with a new strand in dark purple (- see thick line). Fasten all strands.

Anbefaler å kjøpe mer av garnet mørk lilla, er tom og har fremdeles igjen 15 sekskanter å hekle😅

Marsha Cooper 09.11.2016 - 08:03:

Hi, I would like to make this using Drops Flora. I realise it's a different yarn group but wanted to know if there's a guide for swapping and changing the colours?

Charlotte 27.07.2016 - 20:51:
