You should name this pattern "Picket Fences."

Reminds of an Indian blanket. Maybe Indian summer would be a good name

Anna 24.01.2013 - 21:39:

Can anyone tell me about how much yarn this pattern requires in yards? Thank you so much.

DROPS Design 25.01.2013 kl. 09:12:

Dear Anna, click on the link to Drops Silke Alpaca to learn more, each ball was 65 yards for 50 g. Happy crocheting!

In the "Explanation to pattern diagram" I think the US and UK terms are reversed for the tr/dtr. I believe that the US term should be "dtr" but it's listed "tr" and vis-vera when I look at the UK version of the pattern. Is this right or am I misunderstanding???

Mw De Klerk 15.11.2012 - 19:26:

Dank u wel, t'gaat vast lukken nu

Mw De Klerk 13.11.2012 - 20:58:

So far im on row 10 and have gone through an entire skein of yarn and am worried that this is just a big ruffled mess...i'm increasing every row up to 15... after that will the ruffles even out? help

DROPS Design 24.08.2012 kl. 21:29:

You inc 2 extra dc-groups on every 3rd row until you reach row 15, then continue following chart without inc on every 3rd row. Remember to check your crochet gauge. It's important to get a flat piece.
