Hej.

Continue in garter st on all sts, AT THE SAME TIME inc 1 st on side-B as before a total of 1-3-5-7-9-11 times = 58-62-66-72-80-86 sts. Does this mean alternate rows or row 1 and 3 skip row 5 then 7 and 8 etc.?
22.06.2022 - 10:23DROPS Design answered:
Dear Gill, the increases are worked according to rows 1-6 (explained above); so you increase in the 1st, 3rd, 7th, e.t.c rows. Happy knitting!

Are there any Drops patterns that do NOT have to be worked using a chart? Although I love Drops designs and lace patterns, I cannot work from a chart. Is it possible to get the charts converted into written instructions?
15.06.2021 - 17:07DROPS Design answered:
Dear Christine, our patterns come with charts not only because they are available in many languages, but also because we believe that with charts you see not only the very next step, but also the bigger picture, how stitches and rows relate to each other "en large". There are some older crochet patterns that have written out instructions. Also we do have a lesson on how to read charts, and you can always ask for help (either over the phone or in person) in the store where you got your DROPS Yarn from. Happy Stitching!

Bon tricot!
