Moikka! Voisiko tuon kaarrokkeen toisen osan lisäykset tarkistaa?

---------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATION FOR THE PATTERN: ---------------------------------------------------------- INCREASE TIP-1: INCREASE 1 STITCH TOWARDS THE LEFT- from RIGHT SIDE: Use left needle to pick up yarn between 2 stitches from row below, pick up yarn from the front and knit stitch in stitch loop behind the needle. INCREASE 1 STITCH TOWARDS THE RIGHT - from RIGHT SIDE: Use left needle to pick up yarn between 2 stitches from row below, pick up yarn from the back and knit stitch in stitch loop in front of needle. INCREASE TIP-2: INCREASE 1 STITCH TOWARDS THE RIGHT - from WRONG SIDE: Use left needle to pick up yarn between 2 stitches from row below, pick up yarn from the back and purl stitch in stitch loop in front of needle. INCREASE 1 STITCH TOWARDS THE LEFT - from WRONG SIDE: Use left needle to pick up yarn between 2 stitches from row below, pick up yarn from the front and purl stitch in stitch loop behind the needle. INCREASE TIP-3- for rib transition: When increasing stitches evenly in transition for rib, there will be an even increase if you increase where stitches are going to be purled, the stitches in stocking stitch will then continue nicely over into rib. SLEEVE TIP: When picking up stitches mid under sleeve, there will be a small hole in the transition between stitches on body and sleeves. The holes can be closed by picking up the strand between two stitches - work this strand twisted together with the first stitch between body and sleeve to close the hole. DECREASE TIP: Decrease 1 stitch on each side of marker thread as follows: Work until 3 stitches remain before marker thread, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker thread is between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch worked (= 2 stitches decreased). ---------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ---------------------------------------------------------- JUMPER - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: In this pattern needles of different length have been used, begin with fitting length for number of stitches and switch as needed. Garment is worked as point 1 - 5. 1 - BACK PIECE: Cast on stitches in the back of neck and work back piece back and forth downwards while at the same time increasing in each side of piece until number of stitches for shoulder width is reached. Back piece has a slight diagonal shoulder. 2 - FRONT PIECE: Worked in 2 parts (= each side of neck). Begin by picking up stitches along one shoulder on back piece, work the shoulder downwards while increasing towards the neck. Repeat on the other shoulder, then cast on new stitches for neck mid front = put shoulders together into one part (= front piece). Work front piece back and forth until given measurements. 3- YOKE: On next round work all stitches on same circular needle - work as follows: Work stitches on front piece, pick up stitches for sleeve along the side on front piece, work stitches on back piece, pick up stitches for sleeve along the other side on front piece = then work yoke in the round over all stitches. 4 - INCREASE FOR BODY AND SLEEVES: When working the yoke, increase stitches for body and sleeves, first increase for only sleeves, then increase for both body and sleeves. 5 - BODY AND SLEEVES: When all stitches have been increased and yoke is knitted to given measurements, divide the piece for body and sleeves. Work body downwards in the round on needle while putting the sleeves aside. Then work sleeves downwards in the round on needle. Finish by picking up stitches around the neck and work a neck edge in the round. ---------------------------------------------------------- BACK PIECE: Work piece back and forth on circular needle. Cast on 37-37-37-37-39-39-39 stitches on circular needle size 4 mm with DROPS Fiesta. ROW 1 (= wrong side): Purl all stitches. ROW 2 (= right side): Read INCREASE TIP-1 and knit 3, increase 1 stitch towards the left, knit until 3 stitches remain, increase 1 stitch towards the right, knit 3. ROW 3 (= wrong side): Read INCREASE TIP-2 and purl 3, increase 1 stitch towards the right, purl until 3 stitches remain, increase 1 stitch towards the left, purl 3. AFTER 3RD ROW: Work 2nd and 3rd ROW until 10-11-12-13-13-14-15 increases have been done in total (= 20-22-24-26-26-28-30 rows have been worked), after increase there are = 77-81-85-89-91-95-99 stitches on needle. Remember to follow the knitting tension! Cut the yarn, slip stitches on a thread or an stitch holder. LEFT SHOULDER: Find left shoulder on back piece as follows: Place back piece flat with right side up, place back piece so that stitches on thread/stitch holder is towards you, left side of piece = left shoulder. Pick up stitches along left diagonal shoulder on back piece - begin from right side at the neck and pick up stitches out towards the armhole as follows: Pick up 1 stitch in every row worked inside edge stitch (= 20-22-24-26-26-28-30 stitches), finish by picking up 1 stitch at the outermost corner of the shoulder (= edge stitch) = 21-23-25-27-27-29-31 stitches for shoulder. Insert 1 marker in piece in towards the neck. All length measurements are done from this marker, measured in stitch direction. Work in stocking stitch (work first row from wrong side). When piece measures 6-6-7-8-8-9-10 cm, increase stitches towards the neck as follows: ROW 1 (= right side): Knit all stitches. ROW 2 (= wrong side): Purl, finish by casting 1 new stitch at the end of row. Work 1st and 2nd ROW 4-4-4-4-5-5-5 times in total (= 8-8-8-8-10-10-10 rows have been worked) = 25-27-29-31-32-34-36 stitches. Increases for neck are now done. Piece now measures 9-9-10-11-12-13-14 cm from marker. Approx. 2 cm of the neck depth will be over the back piece. Cut the yarn. Slip stitches on a thread or stitch holder, now work right shoulder along the right diagonal shoulder on back piece as explained below. RIGHT SHOULDER: Now pick up stitches along right diagonal shoulder on back piece - begin from right side at the armhole and pick up stitches in towards the neck as follows: Begin by picking up 1 stitch at the outermost corner of shoulder (= edge stitch), then pick up 1 stitch in every row worked inside edge stitch (= 20-22-24-26-26-28-30 stitches) = 21-23-25-27-27-29-31 stitches. Insert 1 marker in piece in towards the neck. All length measurements are done from this marker, measured in stitch direction. Work in stocking stitch (work first row from wrong side). When piece measures 6-6-7-8-8-9-10 cm, increase stitches towards the neck as follows: ROW 1 (= right side): Knit, finish by casting on 1 new stitch at the end of row. ROW 2 (= wrong side): Purl all stitches. AFTER 2ND ROW: Work 1st and 2nd ROW 4-4-4-4-5-5-5 times in total (= 8-8-8-8-10-10-10 rows have been worked) = 25-27-29-31-32-34-36 stitches. FRONT PIECE: On next row (= right side) put shoulders together for front piece as follows: Knit the 25-27-29-31-32-34-36 stitches from right shoulder, cast on 27 stitches for neck at the end of this row, knit the 25-27-29-31-32-34-36 stitches from left shoulder = 77-81-85-89-91-95-99 stitches. Work in stocking stitch back and forth until piece measures 12-12-14-14-14-14-16 cm from marker – work last row from wrong side. Then slip front piece and back piece together, and pick up stitches for sleeves, work as explained below. ROW 1 (= right side): Knit first stitches on front piece (= stitch belongs to sleeve), insert 1 marker on needle (= beginning of round), knit until 1 stitch remains on front piece, insert 1 marker on needle, knit last stitch on front piece (= stitch belongs to sleeve), pick up 25-25-29-29-29-29-33 stitches along the side on left front piece (= stitches for sleeve - pick up stitches inside outermost stitch), knit first stitch on back piece (= stitch belongs to sleeve), insert 1 marker on needle, knit until 1 stitch remains on back piece, insert 1 marker on needle, knit last stitch on back piece (= stitch belongs to sleeve), pick up 25-25-29-29-29-29-33 stitches along the side on right front piece (= stitches for sleeve - pick up stitches inside outermost stitch) = 204-212-228-236-240-248-264 stitches. Knit the first stitch so that round begins at the marker in transition between front piece and sleeve. There are 27-27-31-31-31-31-35 stitches on each sleeve and 75-79-83-87-89-93-97 stitches on front piece/back piece. YOKE: Then work in the round as follows: ROUND 1: Knit over all stitches and increase 1 stitch in each side on each sleeve - remember INCREASE TIP-1, increase 1 stitch towards the left at the beginning of sleeve, increase 1 stitch towards the right at the end of sleeve, number of stitches on each sleeve increases, number of stitches on front piece and back piece stays the same. ROUND 2: Knit all stitches without increase. Work 1st and 2nd ROUND until 10-12-12-12-10-9-5 increases have been done (= 20-24-24-24-20-18-10 rounds worked. There are 47-51-55-55-51-49-45 stitches on each sleeve, 75-79-83-87-89-93-97 stitches on front piece/back piece) = 244-260-276-284-280-284-284 stitches. Then increase on both sleeves and body, increase on body 2 stitches inside marker so that there are 2 stitches between increase for body and increase for sleeve - work as follows: ROUND 1: * Knit 2, increase 1 stitch towards the left, knit until 2 stitches remain before next marker, increase 1 stitch towards the right, work 2 stitches, move marker onto right needle, increase 1 stitch towards the left, work until next marker (= sleeve), increase 1 stitch towards the right, move marker onto right needle *, work from *-* 1 more time (= 8 stitches increased, i.e. 1 stitch increased on each side of 2 stitches in transition between body and sleeve). ROUND 2: Knit all stitches without increase. Work 1st and 2nd ROUND until 9-10-12-13-17-19-23 increases have been done in total (= 18-20-24-26-34-38-46 rounds worked). 10-11-13-13-14-15-16 increases have been done in total on sleeves and 9-10-12-13-17-19-23 increases on body = 65-71-79-81-85-87-91 stitches on each sleeve and 93-99-107-113-123-131-143 stitches on front piece/back piece) = 316-340-372-388-416-436-468 stitches. Sleeve measures approx. 14-16-17-18-19-20-20 cm - when the jumper is folded double at the shoulder, piece measures approx. 20-22-24-25-26-27-28 cm from the edge on shoulder and down along the armhole. If the garment is shorter than this, continue until correct measurements without increases. Now divide yoke for body and sleeves. DIVIDING FOR BODY AND SLEEVES: AT THE SAME TIME as next round is worked divide yoke for body and sleeves as follows: Work the first 93-99-107-113-123-131-143 stitches (= front piece), slip the next 65-71-79-81-85-87-91 stitches on a stitch holder for sleeve, cast on 4-6-6-8-10-12-12 new stitches on needle (= in the side mid under sleeve), work the next 93-99-107-113-123-131-143 stitches (= back piece), slip the next 65-71-79-81-85-87-91 stitches on a stitch holder for sleeve, cast on 4-6-6-8-10-12-12 new stitches on needle (= in the side mid under sleeve). Finish body and sleeves separately. BODY: = 194-210-226-242-266-286-310 stitches. Insert 1 marker in one side of piece (= in the middle of the 4-6-6-8-10-12-12 stitches that were cast on under sleeve). Work until marker, round begins here and work in the round. Work in stocking stitch until piece measures 46-48-50-52-53-55-57 cm from cast-on edge mid back. Switch to circular needles size 3 mm, work rib (= knit 1/purl 1) while AT THE SAME TIME increasing 38-42-46-50-54-58-64 stitches evenly on 1st round - read INCREASE TIP-3 = 232-252-272-292-320-344-374 stitches. When rib measures 4-4-4-4-5-5-5 cm knit 1 round. Cast off by knitting. Jumper measures 50-52-54-56-58-60-62 cm from mid back and approx. 52-54-56-58-60-62-64 cm from the top of shoulder. SLEEVES: Slip 65-71-79-81-85-87-91 sleeve stitches from one thread on to needle size 4 mm and pick in addition up 1 stitch in each of the 4-6-6-8-10-12-12 stitches cast on under sleeve - read SLEEVE TIP = 69-77-85-89-95-99-103 stitches. Insert 1 marker in the middle of the 4-6-6-8-10-12-12 new stitches under sleeve - round begins at the marker thread. Work stocking stitch in the round on needle - AT THE SAME TIME when 1 round has been worked after division, decrease mid under sleeve – read DECREASE TIP and decrease as follows: Decrease 2 stitches every other round 2-2-2-3-3-4-4 times, then decrease 2 stitches every 10-5-3-3-2½-2-2 cm 3-6-9-9-11-11-12 times = 59-61-63-65-67-69-71 stitches on needle. Work until sleeve measures 37-35-34-34-32-31-31 cm from division. Switch to double pointed needles size 3 mm and work rib (= knit 1 and purl 1) while AT THE SAME TIME increasing 11-13-13-13-13-15-15 stitches evenly on 1st round - remember INCREASE TIP-3 = 70-74-76-78-80-84-86 stitches. When rib measures 4-4-4-4-5-5-5 cm knit 1 round. Cast off somewhat loosely by knitting. Sleeve measures approx. 41-39-38-38-37-36-36 cm from division and 55-55-55-56-56-56-56 cm from pick up edge on shoulder. NECK EDGE: Use circular needle size 3 mm. Begin from right side mid back and pick up approx. 104-104-106-108-116-118-120 stitches around the neck inside 1 stitch. Work rib (= knit 1 and purl 1) in the round for 3½-3½-3½-4-4-4-4½ cm. Knit 1 round. Cast off somewhat loosely by knitting. |
