Dag Alie,

Can you tell me how I keep the pattern correct while increasing stitches on the sleeves?
18.06.2023 - 05:13DROPS Design answered:
Dear Helen, the increase in the first row is done right before the beginning of the pattern, on a knit row of the chart, so it won't affect the pattern, you will just work over more stitches on later rows. Later on, you will need to ensure that a repeat of the chart will be centered on the sleeve. The other increases are worked on each side of the marker in the under part of the sleeve so, even if the pattern gets interrupted there, it won't be too visible. Happy knitting!

Bon tricot!

How do I keep the pattern going on this pattern when I divide the back and front and knit each separately. I have found that I cannot complete the pattern as before with less stitches. I have 4 stitches left at the end of the row instead of none
22.02.2023 - 03:46DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Lynch, write in the diagram which stitch is the one you have on your needle now, the diagram will now start at the beg of the row from RS from here; note in the diagram which stitch is the last stitch on the row from RS on your needle, so that you know where to start from when working from WS. Happy knitting!
