Pattern: See charts below (1 chart = 1 repeat). The pattern is seen from the right side and is knit entirely in stockinette st.

These are the translations, and they are given in the same vertical order as the chart symbols within the diagram.

Body: Cast on 132-140 (144-152-160) sts on smaller circular needles with blue; join and place a marker at the join. Knit 4 cm [1.5"] rib, change to larger circular needles and knit Pattern 1, centering the pattern across the front, and increasing 24-28 (36-40-44) sts evenly distributed on the 1st row = 156-168 (180-192-204) sts. After Pattern 1 knit the rest with Pattern 2. When the work measures 20-22 (24-26-26) cm [7-7/8" - 8-5/8" [9.5" - 10.25" - 10.25")], divide the work at the sides and knit the rest of the front and back separately.
Front: = 78-84 (90-96-102) sts. When the work measures 35-38 (42-44-46) cm [13.75" - 14-7/8" (16.5" - 17.25" - 18-1/8")], bind off the center 28-28 (30-32-32) sts for the neck. Bind off at each neck edge every other row 2 sts 1 time, 1 st 2 times.
Bind off when the work measures 39-42 (46-48-50) cm [15.25" - 16.5" (18-1/8" - 18-7/8" - 19.75")].

Back: = 78-84 (90-96-102) sts. When the work measures 38-41 (45-47-49) cm [14-7/8" - 16-1/8" (17.75" - 18.5" - 19.25")], bind off the center 36-36 (38-40-40) sts for the neck and knit the rest of each side separately. Bind off the remaining sts for the shoulder. The work measures approx. 39-42 (46-48-50) cm [15.25" - 16.5" (18-1/8" - 18-7/8" - 19.75")].

Sleeves: Cast on 32-36 (36-36-40) sts on smaller double pointed needles with blue; join and place a marker at the join. Knit 4 cm [1.5"] rib. Change to larger double pointed needles and Pattern 1, centering the pattern on the sleeve, and increasing 8-4 (8-12-10) sts evenly distributed on the 1st row = 40-40 (44-48-50) sts. Inc 1 st each side of marker 18-20 (22-20-23) times:
Sizes 3/4 + 5/6 + 7/8: every 3rd row
Sizes 9/10 + 11/12: every 4th row
= 76-80 (88-88-96) sts. After Pattern 1 knit the rest with Pattern 2. When the work measures 27-30 (34-37-41) cm [10-5/8" - 11.75" (13-3/8" - 14.5" - 16 1/8")], bind off.

Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Pick up 84-84 (84-96-96) sts on smaller double pointed needles with blue around the neck; join and knit Pattern 3, P 1 row, 9 rows stockinette st, bind off, fold the edge over against the wrong side and sew. Sew the sleeves to the body.
