Dobrý den, měli byste si dát pozor na vzájemné kopírování návodů a používání automatických překladačů - ve Vysvětlivkách je popsáno ujímání pro rukávy, které se tady ale nevyskytují ;-)

Hej Hvordan kan man bruge drops fabel i denne opskrift? Er der nogle omregninger nødvendige? Mvh Sif

Hei Sif. DROPS Fabel og DROPS Merino Extra Fine tilhører 2 ulike garngrupper, så DROPS Fabel blir for tynt til å bruke på denne oppskriften. mvh DROPS Design

Hello, hopefully last question! The sentence in the directions that reads, “Continue working and increase on each side of the increased stitches” Which side of the increased stitches? The side next to the 6th marker stitch or the outer edge of the increased stitches? Thank you for your help. Much appreciated!
09.02.2023 - 21:28DROPS Design answered:
Hi Cathie, The outside of the previously increased stitches (so further away from the marker stitch on both sides. Happy knitting!

Hello! Another question. When doing the decreases before and after the marker thread, is the A.1 pattern shifting (moving) over 1 stitch with each decrease? The decreases appear to be at the beginning of the A.1 pattern and take a stitch away from the 12 stitches in the A.1 pattern unless A.1 shifts over 1 stitch to make up for the decreased stitch. Thank you for your help!
09.02.2023 - 03:38DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Castanada, the cable A.1 should be worked as before, there will just be less stitches on the section where you worked decreases - maybe this video will help you, we are showing the most important parts of the mitts. Happy knitting!

What does “under the hand” mean in this sentence in the directions: “Insert 1 marker-thread after 38 stitches (under the hand).” Thank you!

Hi Cathy, This refers to the palm of the hand. Happy knitting!

Pozdrawiamy!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 and A.2. DECREASE TIP: Decrease 1 stitch on either side of the marker-thread as follows: Work until there are 3 stitches left before the marker-thread, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker-thread sits between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. INCREASE TIP: Work until there are 2 stitches left before the marker-thread, make 1 yarn over, knit 4 (marker-thread sits between these 4 stitches) make 1 yarn over. On the next round knit the yarn overs twisted to avoid holes. Then work the new stitches in stocking stitch. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- WRIST-WARMERS - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round with double pointed needles. LEFT WRIST-WARMER: Cast on 50 stitches with double pointed needles size 4 mm and DROPS Merino Extra Fine. Work rib in the round (knit 1 twisted, purl 1) for 2 cm. Work as follows: A.1 over the first 12 stitches, knit 38 and decrease 3 stitches evenly over these stitches = 47 stitches. Insert 1 marker-thread after 38 stitches (under the hand). Allow the marker-thread to follow your work onwards; it is used when decreasing/increasing. Continue the pattern and stocking stitch. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When the piece measures 3 cm from the cast-on edge, decrease 1 stitch on each side of the marker-thread – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 2 cm a total of 3 times = 41 stitches. When A.1 has been worked 2 times, work the first 3 rounds in A.1 before continuing as follows: Insert a marker in the 6th stitch in A.1 (a purled stitch) and work next round as follows: Work pattern as before over the first 5 stitches, make 1 yarn over, knit the marker-stitch, make 1 yarn over and work to the end of the round as before (2 stitches increased for the thumb-gusset). The yarn overs are knitted twisted, then worked in stocking stitch. Continue working and increase on each side of the increased stitches every 3rd round a total of 6 times = 53 stitches. When the piece measures 16 cm, place the 13 thumb-stitches on a thread and cast on 1 stitch behind the thumb = 41 stitches. READ THE NEXT SECTION BEFORE CONTINUING! Start on the first round in A.1 and work 12 stitches in pattern, then stocking stitch over the other stitches. AT THE SAME TIME, on the first round increase on each side of the marker thread – read INCREASE TIP. Increase like this every 2 cm a total of 2 times = 45 stitches. When the piece measures 18 cm, increase 3 stitches evenly over the stocking stitches = 48 stitches. Work rib (knit 1 twisted, purl 1) for 2 cm. Cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. THUMB: Place the 13 stitches from the thread back on the needles and knit up 3 stitches behind the thumb = 16 stitches. Work rib in the round (knit 1 twisted, purl 1) for 2 cm. Cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. RIGHT WRIST-WARMER: Work in the same way as the left but insert the marker-thread after the first 21 stitches (under the hand). Work A.2 instead of A.1. |
