For the DROPS 100-5 Cardigan, I need to use the XXL size around the hips, but need to decrease to the XL size for the bust. Where and how should I make the decrease stitches? Thanks for your help!

Dear Mrs Thrift, you can get help from measurement chart and calculate from your tension how many dec you will need. For any further personnal assistance remember you can get help from the store where you bought your yarn. Happy knitting!

Je ne comprends pas comment sont calculer les tailles. A quoi correspondent les tailles XL - XXL - XXXL ? merci de votre réponse;

Bon tricot!

Hi, This is the first time using a pattern for me but I don't know how to interpret this part (see below) especially where it says to knit 4 rows in garter sts over middle 36 sts (work remaining sts as before). Do I count 36 sts starting at the middle and just knit them over 4 rows? Thanks When piece measures 64-66-68-70-72-74 cm / 25¼''-26''-26¾''-27½''-28 3/8''-29 1/8'' knit 4 rows garter sts over middle 36-38-42-42-44-46 sts (work remaining sts as before).
21.07.2015 - 23:14DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Isaza, you have a total of 80 sts in first size, so work the first 22 sts as before, then work the next 36 sts (mid sts) in garter st, and finish with the last 22 sts as before = 80 sts. Continue that way fo 4 rows (= 2 ridges over the 36 mid sts). Happy knitting!
