Dear Mrs Weir, this is an old pattern only available in 2 sizes, with much positive ease than the lattest patterns for men - click here to check sizes and how far you can adjust measurements & pattern. Happy knitting!

This is a beautiful pattern to knit but I am having difficulty to understand the neck band. What do you mean by leaving 6 stitches and then 4 until 66 sts How do I do this.
13.10.2014 - 16:00DROPS Design answered:
Hi! It means you have to work short rows over stitches in the middle, by knitting 4 sts less each side on every turn until you have only 66 sts in the middle.

Hi I am working on pattern 11-11 and have a query which I would be so grateful if you could help with please. On the front, where the work divides for the neck, the pattern says 'Continue in pattern, at the same time cast off 1 st towards mid front on every * other and 3rd * row alternately a total of 17 times.' I'm not sure what 'every other and 3rd alternately means. Can you clarify it please? Many thanks Ann
14.12.2013 - 21:10DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Walker, it means you will work *1 row with dec, 1 row without dec, 1 row with dec, 2 rows without dec* until you dec a total of 17 sts. Happy knitting!

The translations for the Diagrams for all Garnstudio patterns are included within the text of the Pattern itself. If you look immediately above the diagram, you will find lines starting with an = sign. These are the translations, and they are given in the same vertical order as the chart symbols within the diagram.

I don't understand the language in the diagram on page 3 of the pattern, which shows the knitting of the diamond and cable patterns. Would you please translate it into English. Thank you very much in advance.

Now work 1 row rib on all sts and cast off. Set in sleeves and sew side and sleeve seams. |
