Bonjour Marie, au début du 1er motif, tricotez la 1ère maille à l'endroit, puis à la fin de chaque motif, tricotez la dernière maille de M.2 avec la 1ère maille du M.2 suivant, à la fin du motif, terminez par 1 maille endroit. Bon tricot!

Hoi Anne-Marie. Het is een vestje (jasje). De titel is verkeerd in het patroon. Je breit het vestje heen en weer van middenvoor naar middenvoor tot aan de armsgaten. Hier kant je af en breit elk deel afzonderlijk verder (dus achterpand en elk voorpand). Ik heb de titel aangepast.

JACKET: Knitting tension: 26 sts x 35 rows on needles size 2.5 mm in stocking sts = 10 x 10 cm. Garter st, back and forth on needle: K all rows. Buttonhole: Make buttonholes on right front band when piece measures: 1-1-1 (1-1) cm, 6-7-8 (9-9) cm, 12-12-14 (17-17) cm, 16-18-21 (25-26) cm and 22-24-28 (31-34) cm. 1 buttonhole = cast off 3rd and 4th st from edge on right front band and cast on 2 new sts on return row. Pattern: See diagram. The diagrams show the pattern from the right side. Front and back piece: Knitted back and forth on circular needle from mid front. Cast on 132-144-156 (168-192) sts on circular needle size 2.5 mm with light turquoise and knit M.1. After M.1 cast on 7 sts each side towards mid front (= front band) and inc 4-0-4 (8-0) sts evenly distributed on first row = 150-158-174 (190-206) sts. Continue in M.2 with the 7 sts each side in garter st. After 1 cm make buttonhole on right front band (see above). Remember the knitting tension. When piece measures 17-18-21 (24-24) cm knit next row as follows from the RS: 39-41-45 (49-53) sts = front piece, cast off 4 sts for armhole, 64-68-76 (84-92) sts = back piece, cast off 4 sts for armhole, 39-41-45 (49-53) sts = front piece. Now complete front and back pieces separately. Front piece: = 39-41-45 (49-53) sts. Dec to shape the armhole on every other row as follows: 2 sts 1-1-1 (0-0) times, 1 st 3-1-1 (2-2) times = 34-38-42 (47-51) sts. When piece measures 23-25-29 (32-35) cm dec to shape the neckline on every other row: 12-13-14 (16-19) sts 1 time, 3 sts 1 time, 2 sts 2 times and 1 st 1 time. Cast off when piece measures 27-29-33 (37-40) cm. Back piece: = 64-68-76 (84-92) sts. Dec for armhole as described for front piece = 54-62-70 (80-88) sts. When piece measures 25-27-32 (35-38) cm cast off the middle 20-22-24 (28-34) sts for neck. Dec to shape the neckline on every other row: 2 sts 1 time and 1 st 1 time. Cast off when piece measures 27-29-33 (37-40) cm. Sleeve: Cast on 36-48-48 (48-48) sts on double pointed needles size 2.5 mm with light turquoise and knit M.1. Continue in M.2, at the same time inc 2 sts mid under arm a total of 8-5-7 (10-18) times as follows: Size 3 months: on every other and every 3rd round alternately Size 6/9 months: on every 6th round Size 12/18 months: on every 5th round Size 2 years: on every 4th round Size 3/4 years: on every 3rd round = 52-58-62 (68-84) sts – incorporate new sts in pattern as you go along. When piece measures 12-15-16(18-22) cm cast off 6 sts mid under arm and complete sleeve back and forth on needle. Dec to shape the sleeve cap each side on every other row: 3 sts 4 times. Cast off, sleeve measures approx 15-18-19 (21-25) cm. Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Collar: Cast on 182-194-194 (206-206) sts on circular needle size 2.5 mm with light turquoise and knit M.1 back and forth on needle with 1 edge st each side in garter st. After M.1, continue in off-white, at the same time dec 20-25-25 (30-30) sts evenly on row = 162-169-169 (176-176) sts. Knit 4 rows stocking st, P 1 row, change to pink and knit 1 row stocking st, at the same time dec 82-89-79 (86-86) sts evenly on row = 80-80-90 (90-90) sts. P 1 row with pink and put piece aside. Now pick up 80-80-90 (90-90) sts on needle size 2.5 mm with off-white round the neckline on body piece (do not pick up on front bands) and knit tog sts from collar and sts from body piece as follows: knit tog first st from collar with first st from body piece, etc. Change to needle size 2 mm, pick up 10 sts on each front edge and knit 4 rows garter st on all sts. Cast off. Now crochet a border round the collar, along bottom edge of jacket and round sleeve edges as follows: 1 dc, *3 ch, 1 tr in first ch, skip 2 sts, 1 dc*, repeat from *-*. Crochet over the first repeat of M.3 with light blue and the next with pink (do not cut the thread for each colour change but carry it over). Set in sleeves and sew on buttons. TROUSERS: DROPS circular needle size 2 mm and 2.5 mm DROPS wooden button, 2 pcs Knitting tension: 26 sts x 35 rows on needles size 2.5 mm in stocking sts = 10 x 10 cm. Rib: *K1, P1*, repeat from *-*. Pattern: see diagram. Left leg: Cast on 80-88-88 (96-96) sts on circular needle size 2 mm with off-white and knit 3 cm Rib. Change to circular needle 2.5 mm and continue in stocking st, at the same time inc on inside leg on every 2-3-3 (4-5) cm: 2 sts 4 times = 88-96-96 (104-104) sts. Remember the knitting tension. When piece measures 17-18-20 (25-28) cm divide piece at inside leg (= split) and complete piece back and forth on needle. Inc 1 st each side for seam = 90-98-98 (106-106) sts. When piece measures 18-20-23 (27-30) cm cast off 5-7-3 (5-5) sts each side = 80-84-92 (96-96) sts. Put piece aside and knit the other leg. Right leg: knit as left leg. Trousers: Put left and right leg in on the same circular needle = 160-168-184 (192-192) sts. Knit 3 rounds and now inc mid back on both sides of the middle 2 sts on every other round: 1 st 8 times, at the same time dec mid front on every other round on both sides of the middle 2 sts: 1 st 8 times = 160-168-184 (192-192) sts. When piece measures 33-37-42 (47-51) cm dec 24-28-34 (32-32) sts evenly distributed on round = 136-140-150 (160-160) sts. Change to circular needle 2 mm, continue in Rib and insert a MT mid front. When Rib measures 8 cm, make a buttonhole on both sides of MT, 5-5-6 (6-7) cm from MT. 1 buttonhole = cast off 3 sts and cast on 3 new sts on return row. Cast off when Rib measures 10 cm, the whole piece now measures approx 43-47-52 (57-61) cm. Sew tog split on inside of legs and sew tog the opening between legs from mid front to mid back. Braces: Cast on 11-11-11 (13-15) sts on needle size 2 mm with off-white and knit approx 30 cm Rib, cast off. Fasten braces mid back with approx 5-8 cm between them. Sew on buttons. BOOTIES: Size: 3 – 6/9 – 9/12 months (2 -3/4 years) Foot length: 10-11-12 (14-15) cm DROPS pointed needles size 2 mm and 2.5 mm DROPS crochet hook size 2.5 mm Knitting tension: 26 sts x 52 rows on needles size 2.5 mm in garter st = 10 x 10 cm. Rib: *K2, P2*, repeat from *-*. Garter st, back and forth on needle: Knit all rows. Cast on 46-50-50 (54-54) sts on needle size 2 mm with light turquoise and knit 6-7-7 (8-8) cm Rib back and forth on needle. Knit 1 row stocking st and change to needle size 2.5 mm, at the same time dec 10-14-8 (12-8) sts = 36-36-42 (42-46) sts. Knit next row as follows from RS: *K2 tog, 1 yo*, repeat from *-*. Knit 1 row stocking st. Put 12-12-14 (12-14) sts on a thread each side and knit 6-7-9 (10-10) cm garter st on the middle 12-12-14 (18-18) sts. Put sts from threads back on needle and pick up 16-18-23 (26-26) sts on each side of the middle piece = 68-72-88 (94-98) sts. Knit 3-4-4 (5-5) cm garter st on all sts, at the same time after 2-2.5-2.5 (3-3) cm dec on every other row as follows: 1 st at the beg and 1 st at the end of row and K2 tog on both sides of the middle 2 sts for another 3-4-4 (5-5) cm. Cast off and sew seam under foot and along the Rib. Crochet a chain on crochet hook size 2.5 mm, approx 30-35 cm long, and thread through eyelet row. |
