Bon tricot!

I am an experienced knitter, but a bit confused about what the following means - "Decrease the reverse of the increased sts for 6 cm . " - Can you explain please. Thank you.
20.10.2022 - 13:18DROPS Design answered:
Dear Lorraine, this means you should now decrease 8 sts on every other round for the next 6 cm. Happy knitting!

Traduction approximative

Continue increasing in this fashion; begin every other increase row with K 1 and with K 6, K 7, K 8, (etc.). When the work measures 15 cm [5-7/8"], knit 10 rows over all sts without increasing. I don’t understand what this means, I should repeat pattern from Row 12 and up?
26.03.2021 - 01:19DROPS Design answered:
Dear Adriana, Repeat round 18 and 20 but with one more stitch between increases every time; ie on row 22 you will work: K6, inc 1 in next st, *inc in every 11th st*; on round 24: K1, inc in next st, *inc in every 12th st*, and continue like this, with always one more stitch between each increase and every 4th round start with one more stitch. Happy knitting!

Buongiorno Marinella. Buon lavoro!
