Sometimes you want some sts to rest while working the others. If you don't have a stitch holder you might as well use some scrap yarn. The video is showing how we put 1 st at the time on a thread at the end of each row from RS.
When these sts are later knitted again, make sure to knit them in the right loop so that they are not twisted.

Dag Rina,

Als je het goed is heb je steken op een hulpdraad gezet omdat je deze een tijdje niet hoefde te breien. Deze brei je eerst. Vervolgens neem je direct daarna steken op langs de zijkant (bekijk evt. een video over steken opnemen), dan brei je de steken die nog op de naald stonden. Vervolgens neem je ook aan de andere zijkant steken op en zet je de steken van de andere hulpdraad op de naald.

P.S. Zou je zo vriendelijk willen zijn om je vraag de volgende keer bij het betreffende patroon te plaatsen? Dan kunnen we je waarschijnlijk sneller helpen.

Tycker videon var okej, men hade gärna sett hur man bara trär på tråd rakt av. Det här såg ut att vara hur man trär på tråd på två olika ställen på ett varv. Jag vill ha en enkel beskrivning på t.ex "trä tio maskor på tråd, resterande 38 maskor kvar på stickan" eller dyl. Men är väldigt tacksam att era videos finns, annars hade jag varit väldigt lost vissa ggr.

In this DROPS video we show how to make a knot to be attached as a decoration to a Santa that is worked on a sweater. The same technique is also used to make a star at the top of a Christmas tree sweater. KNOT: Make a knot at the top of every Santa hat/ Christmas tree. Tie the knot around a stitch. Cut 2 lengths of color off white. approx. 10 cm = 4". Place strands together, use a needle and pull strands through the top off white stitch so that both yarn ends are on the right side of piece, on each side of stitch. In this DROPS video we show how to sew / embroider twisted chain stitch. Insert the needle from the wrong side and through to the right side where you would like the chain stitch to begin. * Thread the needle down through the hole the strand came up through, then to the right side again approx. 2 cm = 3/4" further on – allow the strand to lie in a loop around the tip of the needle.
