MAGIC CIRCLE:
When piece is worked in the round, start with this technique to avoid holes in the middle. Hold the yarn end and wind the yarn one time around the index finger to make a loop. Hold the loop with left thumb and middle finger, place the yarn over left index finger. Insert hook through the loop, make a YO and pull yarn through loop, work ch 1, then work sc around the loop. When the desired no of sc have been reached, pull the yarn end to tighten the loop. Fasten the yarn end on the back side. Continue to work in the round in a circle.

WORK IN THE ROUND IN A CIRCLE:
After last sc on the round, continue to next round with 1 sc in next sc (= first sc from previous round). NOTE: Insert a marker at the beg of round between last sc and 1st sc on round, move the marker upwards when working.

INCREASE TIP:
Inc 1 st by working 2 sts in next sc.

CROCHET SC TOG:
Crochet 2 sc tog into 1 sc as follows: Insert hook in sc and pull yarn through, insert hook in next sc and pull yarn through, make 1 YO and pull yarn through all 3 sts on hook.

REVERS CROCHET:
Work as sc but backwards. I.e. crochet around from left to right
--------------------------------------------------------

BUN:
Worked in the round in a circle. Ch 19 with off white. Work 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, then work 1 sc in every ch on each side of ch-row = 36 sc (18 sc on each side). Then work in the round. Insert 1 marker in each side, the first before first sc, the second after 18 sc.
When piece measures 23 cm / 9'', AT THE SAME TIME inc 1 st each side of every marker (= 4 inc). Repeat inc every round, 3 more times = 52 sts.
Fasten off.

Work the same way with dark beige but after 4 rounds with inc work 3 rounds without inc. Place the two parts tog, fill with some poly stuffing and work them tog with 1 strand beige. Work 1 sc through sc on both layers.
Make another half the same way, then work the two halves tog in the middle 8 sc on one long side, work with beige through both layers with 1 sl st in every sc.

Casper 11.11.2015 - 14:25:

Leny Van Well 03.09.2013 - 22:03:
