Bonjour Maryse, tricotez les 64 mailles ainsi: 1 maille point mousse, répétez 15 fois les 4 mailles de A.1 (= 15 x 4 = 60 mailles), tricotez les 2 premières mailles de A.1 et terminez par 1 maille lisière au point mousse - vous avez ainsi: 1+60+2+1=64 mailles. Bon tricot!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. 1 ridge = knit 2 rows. PATTERN: See diagram A.1. The diagram shows all rows in the pattern from the right side. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE ------------------------------------------------------- STOLE – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked back and forth. STOLE: Cast on a little loosely, 74 stitches using needle size 5.5 mm and DROPS Brushed Alpaca Silk. Work 2 RIDGES – read description above. Knit 1 row from the right side where you decrease 10 stitches evenly spaced (knit together approx. each 6th and 7th stitch) = 64 stitches. Purl 1 row from the wrong side with 1 stitch in garter stitch on each side. Work the next row from the right side as follows: 1 stitch in garter stitch, work A.1 until there is 1 stitch left, 1 stitch in garter stitch. Continue this pattern back and forth. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! Work until the piece measures 178 cm – finish after a row from the wrong side.
