Crochet tip: Finish each round with 1 sl st in first st on round. Replace first dc on round with 1 ch and replace first tr with 3 ch. To avoid too many thread ends, work ends into piece. Decreasing tip: Dec 1 dc as follows: Work 1 dc, but wait with the pull-through, (= 2 sts on hook), work the next dc and now pull thread through all 3 sts on hook. Diamond: Work 3 ch with colour-1 (see below) and form a ring with 1 sl st. Round 1 (colour-1): 6 dc in ring. See Crochet tip! Round 2 (colour-1): 2 dc in each dc = 12 dc. Round 3 (colour-2): 2 tr in each dc = 24 tr. Round 4 (colour-3): * 2 dc in first tr, 1 dc in each of the next 2 tr *, repeat from *-* = 32 dc. Round 5 (colour-4): 1 dc in each of the first 4 dc, * 1 dc + 2 ch + 1 dc in next dc, 1 dc in each of the next 7 dc *, repeat from *-* a total of 3 times, 1 dc + 2 ch + 1 dc in next dc, 1 dc in each of the last 3 dc. Round 6 (colour-5): 1 dc in each of the first 3 dc, * 1 htr in next dc, 1 tr in next dc, 1 tr + 1 dtr + 1 tr in ch-loop (= corner), 1 tr in next dc, 1 htr in next dc, 1 dc in each of the next 5 dc *, repeat from *-* a total of 3 times, 1 htr in next dc, 1 tr in next dc, 1 tr + 1 dtr + 1 tr in ch-loop, 1 tr in next dc, 1 htr in next dc, 1 dc in each of the last 2 dc, 1 sl st in first dc from beg of round. Now crochet the 2 parts tog along 3 sides as follows: Place parts on top of each other WS against WS and crochet 1 dc through each st through both layers with tan Snow. Now crochet a border along the opening at top with tan as follows: 12 dc in each diamond = 72 dc. Work 1 round of dc, at the same time dec evenly to 60 dc – see Decreasing tip! Now crochet 1 round with 1 dc in each dc. Cut the thread. Straps: Work straps in tan. Beg 2 dc in from one side and work 1 dc in each of the next 5 dc. Work rows with 1 dc in each dc until strap measures approx 70 cm. Cut the thread and sew the other end of strap to the other side of bag, 2 dc in from the side.
