Alle avfellinger bør være i elastisk avfelling, ellers blir det for stramt.

DROPS tunic knitted in DROPS Vivaldi or Brushed Alpaca Silk with crochet edge in Vivaldi or Brushed Alpaca Silk and Cotton Viscose or Safran. S - XXL
DROPS 101-9 |
|||||||||||||||||||
Knitting tension: 13 sts x 28 row on needles size 7 mm in garter sts with Vivaldi/Brushed Alpaca Silk = 10 x 10 cm. Crochet tension: 20 dc on hook size 4.5 mm = 10 cm Garter sts back and forth: Knit on all rows. Measurement tips: Because of the texture of the pattern, all measurements should be made whilst the garment is hanging. Pattern: See M.1, M.2, M.3. The diagrams are seen from the RS. _________________________________________________________________ Back piece: Cast on 58-64-70-77-84 sts on 2 needles size 7 mm with Vivaldi/Brushed Alpaca Silk (this will make the casting on edge elastic). Pull out one needle and knit in garter sts – see explanation above. When the piece measures 10 cm dec. 1 st each side on every 9-9-10-11-12 cm a total of 3 times = 52-58-64-71-78 sts. When the piece measures 37-38-39-40-41 cm – read measurement tips, inc. 1 st each side on every 4-4-3-3-3 cm a total of 3-3-4-4-4 times = 58-64-72-79-86 sts. When the piece measures 49-50-51-52-53 cm cast off for armholes each side on every other row: 2 sts 2-3-4-5-6 times and 1 st 2-2-3-4-5 times = 46-48-50-51-52 sts. When the piece measures 66-68-70-72-74 cm cast off the mid 28-30-32-333-34 sts for the neck. Continue to cast off 1 st each side towards the neck = 8 sts left for the shoulder. Cast off when the piece measures 68-70-72-74-76 cm. Front piece: Cast on as done for the back piece, inc and dec at the sides as done for the back piece. At the same time when the piece measures 34-35-36-37-38 cm cast off the mid 26-26-26-27-28 sts, Knit each part separately (the same but mirrored) and cast off for the armholes as done for the back piece. When the piece measures 60-62-64-66-68 cm cast off 1 st for the neckline on every other row: 2-3-4-4-4 times = 8 sts left for each shoulder. Cast off when the piece measures 68-70-72-74-76 cm. Sleeve: Cast on 13-14-14-15-15 sts on 2 needles size 7 mm with Vivaldi/Brushed Alpaca Silk. Pull 1 needle out and knit 11 cm of garter sts. Put the work aside. Repeat (= slit). Cast on 7 new sts over the slit and put the 13-14-14-15-15 sts back onto the same needle = 33-35-35-37-37 sts. When the piece measures 12 cm inc. 1 st each side on every 10.5-10.5-10-7-7 cm a total off 4-4-4-5-5 times = 41-43-43-47-47 sts – read measurement tips. When the piece measures 47-46-45-44-44 cm cast off loosely for the sleeve cap each side on every other row: 3 sts 1 time and 2 sts 2-2-3-3-3 times. Continue to cast off on every 4th row: 1 st each side until the piece measures 56-56-56-56-57 cm, then cast off 2 sts 1 time each side. Cast off remaining sts when the piece measures approx. 57-57-57-57-58 cm. Assembly: Sew the shoulder seams. Sew in the sleeves – make sure the seam in not too tight. Sew the sleeve and the side seams in the most outer part of the most outer st – sew with stitches the size of the sts to make the seam invisible. Make sure the seam is not too tight. Crochet yoke: Begin to crochet at the bottom of 1 corner in the opening of the front piece. Crochet with 1 thread of each quality 53-61 dc (divisible with 4+5) up along one side, continue to crochet 80 dc (divisible with 4) around the neck and then 53-61 dc (divisible with 4+5) down along the other side. Turn the work. Crochet M.3 over the first 5 dc along one side of the yoke, continue to crochet M.2 until 4 dc left before the neck begins and crochet M.1 over the last 4 dc. Turn and continue the diagram from the 3rd. row. The finished measurement after the 11th row is approx. 10 cm. Repeat row 2-11 at the other side. Sew the crochet edge to the bottom of the opening with small stitches. Crochet edge: Crochet around the bottom edge of the back and front piece, around the sleeves and the slit as follows: 1st round: 1 dc in the first st, *1 ch, skip 1 st, 1 dc in the next st*, repeat from *-* and finish with a sl st in the first dc on round. 2nd. round: *4 ch, skip 3 sts, 1 dc in the next st*, repeat from *-* and finish with 4 ch and a sl st in the first ch from beginning of round 3rd round: 1 ch, *1 dc, 3 tr, 1 dc*, repeat from *-* in each ch loop and finish with a sl st in the first ch from beginning of round. Cut and sew tight. Now crochet an edge around the neck and at the top of the front edges as follows: 1st round: 1 dc at the top of the corner of one of the front edges, *4 ch, skip approx 2 cm, 1 dc in the next st* , repeat from *-* around the neck and over the front edge at the other side (make sure to finish with 1 dc at the top of the other corner). Turn. 2nd round: 1 ch *1 dc, 3 tr, 1 dc*, repeat from *-* in each ch loop. Cut and sew tight. Crochet button covers: Crochet 8 button covers using hook size 3 mm with 1 thread of Cotton Viscose/Safran as follows: Crochet 2 ch, crochet 16 tr in the first of the 2 ch and finish with a sl st in the top of the first tr (=1st round). 2nd round: Crochet 1 dc in each tr and finish with a sl st in the first dc on round. 3rd round: Crochet first 3 ch and then 1 tr in every other dc and finish with a sl st in the 3rd ch from beginning of round = 8 tr. Put the button into the cover and sew around the edge and pull tight tog. Sew 4 buttons onto the left side of the yoke and the mid front. The top button should be placed approx. 1 cm from the top edge and the other 3 buttons should be placed with a space of 8-9 cm in between. The holes at the crochet edge at the other side are used for button holes. Sew 2 buttons on the slit on each sleeve. 1 approx 5 cm from the bottom edge and the other one with a space of 5 cm in between. |
