The cast off instructions for the raglan on the sleeves do not make sense. Do I only decrease on the 8th row and alternate between single and double cast offs (I think that would make very long arms!) ? Or do I cast off 8 stitches total in the first row? Can you please explain clearly. These do not seem like standard cast off instructions.

Dear Katie, you first decrease a total of 8 times on every row alternately 1 st 2 times (2 sts decreased on each of these rows) and 2 sts one time (4 sts decreased on this row). Happy knitting!

25.05.2021 - 17:33DROPS Design answered:

24.05.2021 - 11:08DROPS Design answered:
Liebe Miriam, für den Raglan sollen Sie beideseitig zuerst 1 M x 20 Mal dann 2 Maschen x 16 Mal abnehmen = 90- (1 M x 20 Mal x 2 Seiten) - (2 M x 16 Mal x 2 Seiten ) = 18 Maschen übrig. Viel Spaß beim stricken!
