Hei Tove. Hyggelig å høre at du ble fornøyd med hundegenseren :) Vi har ikke helt den samme oppskriften til dame, men ta en titt på genserene i DROPS 205-18 og 243-27. De har det samme mønstret, men der går mønster over hele genseren. mvh DROPS Design

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. 1 ridge = knit 2 rows. PATTERN: See diagram A.1. The diagram shows all rows in the pattern from the right side and is worked in stocking stitch. BUTTONHOLE: From the wrong side: Work until there are 5 stitches left, make 1 yarn over, purl 2 together and work 3 edge stitches in garter stitch. On the next row knit the yarn over to leave a hole. DECREASE TIP: From the right side: Work 3 edge stitches in garter stitch, slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch, work until there are 5 stitches left, knit 2 together, 3 edge stitches in garter stitch. From the wrong side: Work 3 edge stitches in garter stitch, purl 2 twisted together, work until there are 5 stitches left, purl 2 together, 3 edge stitches in garter stitch. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- DOG JUMPER – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round with double pointed needles/ short circular needle from the neck down to the front legs, then cast off for the legs and worked back and forth towards the tail. When the holes for the legs are finished, a strap is worked which is buttoned at the side. The sketch shows the jumper from underneath. NECK: Cast on 48-56-64 stitches with double pointed needles size 3.5 mm and colour grey DROPS Alaska. Work rib in the round (knit 2, purl 2) for 2-3-4 cm. Change to double pointed needles/short circular needle size 4 mm and continue the rib until the neck measures 4-6-8 cm from cast-on edge. Change to double pointed needles/short circular needle size 5mm. Knit 1 round and increase 8-16-24 stitches evenly spaced = 56-72-88 stitches. Purl 1 round. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! BODY: Work diagram A.1 in the round. When the diagram is finished in height, cast off for the front legs as follows: Cast off the first 14-18-22 stitches, work A.1 to the end of the round = 42-54-66 stitches. Continue A.1, but work the first and last 3 stitches in colour grey and GARTER STITCH – read description above, to finished length; work the other stitches as before. Continue A.1 back and forth until it has been worked 3-4-5 times in height in total. Continue with grey, stocking stitch and 3 garter stitches on each side. Work until the piece measures 13-21-28 cm from the cast-on edge. At the end of the next row from the right side cast on 18-22-26 stitches (strap) = 60-76-92 stitches. Turn. Work 21-24-29 stitches in garter stitch, stocking stitch until there are 3 stitches left and 3 stitches in garter stitch. Work like this, back and forth, until the strap measures 2-2-2½ cm. On the next row from the wrong side work 1 BUTTONHOLE – read description above. Continue with garter stitch and stocking stitch until the strap measures 4-4-5 cm. On the next row from the wrong side cast off the first 18-22-26 stitches (strap) and work to the end of the row = 42-54-66 stitches. The piece measures approx. 17-25-33 cm from the cast-on edge. Continue with stocking stitch back and forth and 3 stitches in garter stitch as before, AT THE SAME TIME decrease on each side of each row – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this 7-9-9 times on each side = 28-36-48 stitches. Now work rib as follows, with the first row from the right side: 3 edge stitches in garter stitch, * purl 2, knit 2 *, work from *-* until there are 5 stitches left, purl 2 and 3 edge stitches in garter stitch. Work this rib until the piece measures 28-38-49 cm from the cast-on edge. Cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl.. ASSEMBLY: Sew the button onto the end of the strap. |
