Hej!

Autrement dit, 1 croix = 1 m jersey envers; 1 case blanche = 1 m jersey endroit. Encore plus d'infos ici. Bon tricot!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. 1 ridge = knit 2 rows. PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 and A.2. The diagrams show all rows in the pattern from the right side. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- VEST – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The vest is worked in sections, back and forth and sewn together. The neck is worked to finish. BACK PIECE: Cast on 52-60-68 stitches with circular needle size 12 mm and DROPS Polaris. Purl 1 row from the wrong side, then work as follows from the right side: 4 edge stitches in GARTER STITCH – read description above, * knit 2, purl 2 *, work from *-* over the next 4-8-12 stitches, knit 1, A.1 (= 34 stitches), knit 1, * purl 2, knit 2 *, work from *-* over the next 4-8-12 stitches and 4 edge stitches in garter stitch. Continue this rib for 8 cm. Then work as follows from the right side: 4 edge stitches in garter stitch, purl 5-9-13, A.2 (= 34 stitches), purl 5-9-13 and 4 edge stitches in garter stitch. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! Continue this pattern until the piece measures 41 cm in all sizes. Now work garter stitch over the outermost 6-7-8 stitches on each side (work the other stitches as before) for 4 rows (= 2 ridges over the outermost 6-6-8 stitches on each side). Now work the armholes as follows: Cast off the first 2-3-4 stitches and work to the end of the row. Turn, cast off the first 2-3-4 stitches and work to the end of the row = 48-54-60 stitches. Continue as follows: 4 edge stitches in garter stitch, purl 3-6-9, A.2 (= 34 stitches), purl 3-6-9 and 4 edge stitches in garter stitch. When the piece measures 61-63-65 cm, decrease 5 stitches evenly spaced over A.2. On the next row from the right side cast off the middle 19-21-23 stitches for the neck and finish each shoulder separately. Then cast off 1 stitch on the next row from the neck = 11-13-15 stitches on the shoulder. The stitches which do not fit into A.2 after the decreases are knitted or purled as in A.2. Continue working until the piece measures 64-66-68 cm. Cast off. Work the other shoulder in the same way. FRONT PIECE: Cast on 52-60-68 stitches with circular needle size 12 mm and DROPS Polaris. Purl 1 row from the wrong side, then work as follows from the right side: 4 edge stitches in garter stitch, * knit 2, purl 2 *, work from *-* over the next 4-8-12 stitches, knit 1, A.1 (= 34 stitches), knit 1, * purl 2, knit 2 *, work from *-* over the next 4-8-12 stitches and 4 edge stitches in garter stitch. Continue this rib for 8 cm. Then work as follows from the right side: 4 edge stitches in garter stitch, purl 5-9-13, A.2 (= 34 stitches), purl 5-9-13, 4 edge stitches in garter stitch. Continue this pattern until the piece measures 41 cm in all sizes. Now work garter stitch over the outermost 6-7-8 stitches on each side (work the other stitches as before) for 4 rows (= 2 ridges over the outermost 6-7-8 stitches on each side). When the piece measures 57-59-61 cm, decrease 5 stitches evenly spaced over A.2. On the next row from the right side place the middle 13-15-17 stitches on a thread for the neck and finish each shoulder separately = 15-17-19 stitches on the shoulder. Then cast off on each row from the neck as follows: 2 stitches 1 time and 1 stitch 2 times = 11-13-15 stitches. The stitches which do not fit into A.2 after the decreases are knitted or purled as in A.2. Continue working until the piece measures 64-66-68 cm. Cast off. Work the other shoulder in the same way. ASSEMBLY: Sew the shoulder seams. Sew the side seams in the outermost loop of the outermost stitch so the seam is flat; work from the armhole down and leave 20 cm at the bottom (= split). NECK: Start at one shoulder seam and knit up from the right side 44 to 56 stitches around the neck, using circular needle size 12 mm (including the stitches from the thread in front and making sure the number of stitches is divisible by 4). Work rib (knit 2, purl 2) in the round for 12 cm. Cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. |
