Could you please give me the ply of each of the linen and cotton Thank you regards Tricia. I have 8 ply cotton do I need to double the thread?

Dear Patricia, hat is worked with 1 strand each of both qualities hold together as one. Bomull-Lin is aran/10 ply (8 wpi) and Cotton Viscose is a sport /5ply (12 wpi). You will find here more informations about our yarns. Happy crocheting!

* Hækkle 2 fastmasker og spring 1 over *.

I find if you are not going to use the required yarn specified, you must make adjustments. Another hat I made that used Bomull-Lin, the yarn I used was not that, and I doubled up on the strands doing the brim and that did the trick to make the brim curl.
