Secondo quanto indicato 106+56+56, risultano 218 m. Potreste indicarmi come correggere: 108+54+54 oppure 104+56+56? Grazie mille.

I love this pattern but only difficulty I have is that on the charts, bobbles and cables are on even number rows that is, wrong side rows, surely they should be on rs rows. Has anyone else found this or am I doing something wrong ?

Rib: *K2, P2*, repeat from *-*. Garter st, back and forth on needle: K all rows Pattern: See diagram M.1 and M.2. The diagram shows the pattern from the RS side. Increasing tip: Inc inside 1 garter st by making 1 YO. Work YO into back of loop on return row to avoid a hole. Decreasing tip (applies to neckline): Dec inside 4 garter sts from RS. Dec as follows after 4 sts: slip 1 st as if to knit, K1, psso. Dec as follows before 4 sts: K2 tog Front and back piece: Knitted back and forth on circular needle from mid front. Read the entire section before beg! Cast on 190-214-238 sts (includes 4 front band sts each side towards mid front) on circular needle size 3.5 mm. Work first row as follows from RS: 4 garter sts, *K2, P2*, repeat from *-* and finish row with K2 and 4 garter sts. When Rib measures 3 cm (make sure next row is from WS) change to needle size 4 mm and work 2 rows garter st, at the same time inc 2 sts evenly on first row = 192-216-240 sts. Insert a Marking Thread (MT) 49-55-61 sts in from each side (= 94-106-118 sts between MT on back piece). Now work next row as follows from WS: Size S: 4 garter sts, M.1A, M.1B, P 4 sts, M.1A, M.1B and 4 garter sts. Size M: 4 garter sts, M.1A, K1, P4, K2, P4, K1, M.1B, P 4, M.1A, K1, P4, K2, P4, K1, M.1B and 4 garter sts. Continue in pattern like this, at the same time inc 1 st each side towards mid front – see Increasing tip – on every 4th row a total of 6 times and then on every other row a total of 7 times (work inc sts in garter st). Inc at sides: At the same time when piece measures 10 cm inc 1 st on both sides of the K2 at the side of jacket on every 6 cm a total of 4 times (P inc sts from RS). Neckline: At the same time, when piece measures 17 cm (3 rows after the last inc towards mid front) dec to shape the neckline each side towards mid front – see Decreasing tip – on every other row: 1 st 13 times, then on every 4th row: 1 st 5 times and then on every 6th row: 1 st 6 times. Armhole: At the same time when piece measures 35-36-37 cm cast off 6 sts each side for armhole (i.e. 3 sts on each side of MT) and now complete front and back pieces separately. Back piece: = 96-108-120 sts. Cast off to shape the armhole each side on every other row: 2 sts 1-3-4 times and 1 st 3-3-5 times = 86-90-94 sts. Continue in pattern as before. When piece measures 51-53-55 cm work 4 rows garter st on the middle 26 sts (continue on remaining sts as before), and now cast off the middle18 sts for neck = 34-36-38 sts left on each shoulder. Continue in pattern with 4 garter sts towards neckline until piece measures approx 53-55-57 cm – adjust to after 2 rows after a cable. Now K tog the 6 sts in each cable 2 by 2 = 28-30-32 sts. Cast off remaining sts on next row, piece measures approx 54-56-58 cm. Right front piece: Continue dec for neckline, at the same time cast off for armhole as described for back piece. After all dec for armhole and neckline are complete there are 34-36-38 sts left on shoulder. Left front piece: Like right front piece, but mirrored. Sleeve: Knitted in the round on double pointed needles. Cast on 60-64-68 sts on needle size 3.5 mm. Work 1 round stocking st and continue in Rib – see above. When Rib measures 3 cm change to needle size 4 mm, K 1 round, P 1 round, at the same time adjust no of sts to 61-65-69 on last round. Now work next round as follows (insert a MT at beg of round = mid under arm): K1, P 2-4-6, M.2 (= 55 sts) and finish with P 2-4-6, K1. Continue in pattern like this. At the same time when piece measures 4 cm inc 2 sts mid under arm on every 5th round a total of 8 times = 77-81-85 sts (P inc sts). When piece measures 18 cm cast off 6 sts mid under arm and complete piece back and forth on needle. Cast off to shape the sleeve cap each side on every other row: 2 sts 4 times and 1 st 2-4-5 times. Continue casting off 2 sts at the beg of every row on each side until piece measures 25-27-28 cm then cast off 3 sts 1 time on each side. Cast off remaining sts, piece measures approx 26-28-29 cm. Assembly: Sew shoulder seams and set in sleeves. Belt: Cast on 6 sts on needle size 4 mm Work tube as follows: *K1, place yarn in front of piece, slip 1 st as if to P, place yarn behind piece again *, repeat from *-* on all rows. Cast off when belt measures approx 110 to 150 cm. |
